How to reduce your chances of Alzheimer’s disease by 66%!

If Alzheimer's or dementia runs in your family, listen up. In this study, researchers at the University of Eastern Finland found a link between sauna visits and memory diseases after following more than 2 300 middle-aged Finnish men for more than 20 years. In this study, men who went to the sauna four to seven times a week were found 66 percent less likely to be diagnosed with Dementia or 65 percent less likely to be diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease personally. I wanted to know why why does go into a sauna on a consistent basis drastically reduce your chances of these diseases and this doctor explained it says on a regular sign of bathing is effective to protect against memory loss because toxins that can lead to Alzheimer's disease like cadmium Mercury and bpas are exerted through sweat personally.

I Have never been someone that has gone to Asana on a regular basis, but if it reduces my chances by 66, it's definitely something that I want to implement on a consistent basis. Make sure you share this video with anyone that you think that can benefit from it.

You would think Biden would spend time in a sauna sniffing “you know, you know, the thing”. I guess that conspiracy theory is out the window just like his brain!

Great info. Im in it 4-5 times. Few of my Favorites for Info on healthy living
    Dr Davis Sinclair – Longevity
    Dr Andrew Huberman – neurologist
    Dr Matthew Walker – sleep
    Dr Michael Gregor – nutrition
    Brian Johnson – Reverse aging

Nutrition and sleep are key elements but lifestyles like saunas and exposure to things are a major contributor so you have to nail all the above 🙌

Very interesting but does it say anywhere in the article that all of these men or a percentage of them have Alzheimer’s or Dementia in there family previously since they believe it is largely hereditary? My grandfather died of Alzheimer’s. Was in WWII to give you an age. My mom now has dementia, she is 72 and of course, I am prematurely shitting my pants daily staring at my wife and kids thinking when will I begin to forget these faces and names and eventually myself? Another reason I always was a supporter of Dr. Jack Kevorkian’s work and believe that every person should have the right to choose doctor assisted euthanasia for humans. Dr. Kervorkian’s very first patient had Alzheimer’s. Sign me up for that when I can still sign my name if I get it. I don’t want to live if I can’t look at my wife and know how much I have always loved her, still do and will continue to. Or if I can’t look at my kids without wondering “who are these people and why are they in my house?”. I was named after my a Grandpaps and he looked at me one day and said “hey, what’s your name?” Like a 6 year old would ask another 6 year old at the playground. I said it’s Clayton grandpa. He said “that’s my name too” I said I know I was named after you. Then he looked confused. Walked away, looked at the carpet and kicked nothing. Picked up that nothingness, looked at it. Dropped the nothingness. Then walked away again. Sometimes he would scream at the “old mean person” in the mirror who was yelling at him. Lots of other fun. But I digress. Awful, horrific diseases.

I think this all BS. If you want to limit your risk of dementia and alzheimer's, don't eat sugar and limit the amount of carbs you eat to below 30 grams a day or less. High fat and very low carbs will much do more to lower your risk.

The main causes for alzheimers have been identified and they are conventional infections that can be treated and entirely prevent damage. There is a test for it now. Fairly recent discovery. Maybe 1 year old. Docs have just been thoughtless. All too common unfortunately.

  30. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Cheryl H says:

Sorry, but while saunas may be beneficial in general AND detoxify to some extent, those kinds of studies aren't very good at all for determining cause and effect. They can only show a link or an association, bc they can't control for other potential factors, like diet, exercise and other significant influences of lifestyle and environment on health.
And in this case, it is highly likely that those who sauna regularly are also more concerned with health and wellness in general, so probably eat better and lead a healthier lifestyle overall.
