Seven Percent Market Drop What's going on team! it's Ricky with tackled Solutions Hope that you guys are all having an amazing day! Wanted to quickly recap the overall day as you can see 12.3k on the day, 2.5 k of that on Tqs and the 8.1 K I gave a little bit of it back but that's on Sqq. Uh, let me quickly talk about um what it is that I'm looking at so this will have to follow up until next week on Tuesday because in observance to Juneteenth day this Monday the stock market will be closed and I know if that. If you're anything like me again, you're always looking forward to Mondays because you you know really look forward to what it is that you do and I think that's a beautiful part of life. But overall as of right now Tkq testing its support at that EMA if we use this little trendline tool.

From that EMA down to the moving average which based off of previous patterns, we have found a support off of that moving average. We could see that we have a 6.88 drop if we actually get that break from below the EMA it breaks its support as it's been validating it before and then moves down back to the moving hours. Obviously we could find a support here and continue to Rally but again, from current price points to that actual moving average, it's actually 7.5 which again is pretty attractive in comparison to if the market drops right then. T QQQ up to the moving average has an equal amount of you know potential to make again right around eight percent in a perfect world, but of course no one um is perfect when it comes down to trading, so we'll have to wait for that confirmation wait for that break below EMA to see if we get it or for the confirmation that we hold above that EMA and then actually end up reversing and then with that we can better determine do we go long into Tqq if we validate a support on that EMA or do I choose to go short if getting rejected by that EMA as we choose to retest previous lows at 18.73.

So I don't know how you guys played out today I mean looking at the overall Market It wasn't a very crazy day, but if you look at the five minute again, this is kind of like one thing that I wanted to share with you guys. Sometimes on the one minute time frame it's very confusing because you get you tend to see a lot of quick changes of Direction This is one thing that I've shared with my Lpp team, especially during our lesson. Library Uh, normally the five minute time frame just because it's a little bit longer, meaning that every candle represents five minutes of time. Uh, usually these slower time frames tend to be a little bit more accurate, especially if you're someone that makes more impulsive decisions.

Then again, maybe it's something to take into consideration before you take your next trade right. Kind of slowing things down as I know over trading is a big issue for a lot of people that are just getting started. but again, looking at the five minute, very easy to see on NASDAQ lower highs, lower lows and then ultimately getting rejected by that EMA and then now trading below that moving average which is again a step in the right direction. So again, we'll just have to follow up a little bit earlier next week to see how it plays out still holding above that EMA and again trying to work towards that break below that EMA so we can work towards working towards that moving average.
