Isn’t 1.5% cash back on unlimited better? What if you have Reserve so it multiples points by 50% so you actually get 2.25% cash back!! Better than anything else!!! Am I right?

Because they want me to get verified 3d visa secure.. I have no Idea, Where I get the 3d secure verified? I already called Chase card company but they just said "We don't know what 3d secure verified" I am so confused.. Help me please.. My English so terrible.. It's too hard for me..
