Great video Tom! The only thing the internet should be used for in real estate is to get your name out to people and earn the opportunity for a face to face meeting. You cannot buy a house over the internet…yet. You have to buy through a channel that involves a person . Facebook + Twitter + face to face communication + product knowledge + persistance= success.
