    Hi Tom, Can you address dealing with difficult clients. I have a client who is cranky and feels like I am responsible for what the buyers do or say plus it feels like she hates all realtors because of her past experiences.

    Great video Tom! The only thing the internet should be used for in real estate is to get your name out to people and earn the opportunity for a face to face meeting. You cannot buy a house over the internet…yet. You have to buy through a channel that involves a person . Facebook + Twitter + face to face communication + product knowledge + persistance= success.
