    Best takeaways- Mega open house 1) Shoot a short coming soon video in front of the house 2) Door knock (make sure the price is on the flyer) “The Jones are moving and I got the home listed for sale, we’re going to do our first open house this weekend, but we decided we want to have all the neighbors come by, have a little lunch, and enjoy a private preview of the home before it hits the general public. Would you like to join us for lunch?” 3) Put out lots of OH signs 4) Questions to ask when they walk in “Have you had any thoughts of selling or would you like a customized Home evaluation?” (**Have the seller their for the Neighbors only) “We already have a lot of interest on this property and we’re hoping it will sale for $650k maybe a little more, I’m just curious would you like a customized home evaluation on your property so you know the real value of your home?” (10/10 40/40 – 10% will want to sale, 10 % never want to sale, 40% you will nurture (2-5 yrs), and 40% in the next 1-2 yrs.

    I love the food truck idea! Maybe you could even slip your business card into every burger/taco wrapper for your guests to find. Don't put it INSIDE the food though.
