Biggest takeaway – Mental toughness 1) Powerful morning routine (breathing, visualize accomplishments of top 3 goals, gratitude's) 2) Body is temple – movement, hydrate, nutrition 3) Feed your unconsciousness (Napoleon Hill "What the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve) 4) Read 10 pages a day and listen to podcasts 5) Mental toughness is not born with, Mental toughness is manufactured.

Powerful show Tom. You have to expand on the beliefs section. Its our limiting beliefs that is stopping us from going to the next level.. Even when we have all tools and knowledge in place.ย

I would also suggest a show about state management throughout the day. I think its all about becoming self aware of you feelings, thoughts and emotions. Not to mention our reactions to what happens outside of us.

    hi tom
did you ever get people saying that you would not get anywhere with real estate, saying that you might as well just get a dead end laboring job?ย

just asking because my folks think that i should be a laborer because they were raised to believe that the only way to make money in life is to work your arse off in a dead end job,ย

    thoughts??
