Wow, sounds really great in theory but in a hot market does it make a difference if I do 89 steps and Agent B does 6 and he's @ 5.5% and I'm at 7% when the we both know that that house will most likely be in a multiple offer situation right out of the gate and the Seller is looking at the bottom line that their saving $2k by going with the other guy? Not to mention that even if I do get a higher offer on the property is still has to appraise…?
