Thank you for this. I’m not a real estate agent, I am a veterinary receptionist awaiting a promotion in management. I more than qualify but I have trouble with my confidence and selling myself. This has helped me greatly to identify how i contribute and basically figure out how to sell myself as a brand and land the promotion I want.

I have been behind the development of an online solution for our business which is the first of its kind in our country. It's making the process far far faster for procurement of uniforms in large businesses and is a tool which has been available in the UK/AU for a few years now.
We know a few Large competitors are starting to develop this here and my boss is reluctant to share our new tool on our website for public access in order to protect us from being overtaken or copied by these large competitors?
How do i convince him that hiding our key UVP will only hold back our Business development and inbound marketing teams from getting new business before these competitors have tool (no its not our only USP – we have faster delivery and are a small to med player to provide better service than the big guys).
i need a copy of that graph. Where can I find one?
Biggest takeaway – 1) If you don't have a USP then you are just another Realtor. 2) Use your USP in your marketing, voicemail, etc…
