I love this techniques and would like to add that I feel like a HUGE mistake that people make when enacting this strategy is pulling up when someone expresses a pain point. I find myself doing it all the time. When the buyer mentions that "he and his mom were always moving from apartment to apartment" it's very easy for us to want to evade that subject. I've found that if when someone brings up something sad if you can EMPATHIZE, STAY IN (& POSSIBLY EVEN EXPLORE TOGETHER), and EMERGE from that together, you will never lose this person as a client.
I was wondering if you have any videos on that concept???
The music? like Mr Rogers. I thought it was music from my office… it has to go.
Listening is so important in this business. Thanks for such important tips.
thank you so much for the video, Tom!
Well put. 👍🏼👍🏼
I generally love your videos, but the second the cheesy, sentimental music box tune starts, both times I've watched the video, I found I broke rapport with you.
The music actually choked me up lol, I freaking loved it hahaha. Can you imagine if when asking stacking questions that the background would automatically play! Such a powerful tool to use when attempting to elicit an emotional response hahaha.
Might be one of your all-time best! Bravo my friend. You touch the very heart of the issue. We must care for those whom we serve. We can only do that by paying attention! Thanks Tom!
Great points Tom. Thanks for this!
Good use of the xylophone. I was touched
skip the music, its really really horrible
Great topic.. Go Deeper.. Learn Others..
thanks Tom, I just complained to a girl I admire about working with some buyers and sellers. Your solution totally works. Just like my mentor told me, always found out why they are selling or buying.
