We didn't "stop" the art of building rapport, we never learned it to begin with!๐
one of the best tom
Close! You told me x, y, z was insanely genius.
Great video! Thanks for sharing!
This sounds too sales pitchy โฆ iโm not sure this wonโt turn off potential buyers ..
No, we love you Tom. You're amazing ๐
I asked my grandma if she was visual kinesthetic or auditory. Well anyway, she gave the listing to my sister.
Very well said. Thank you very much Tom.
Thank you so much Tom Ferry. God bless
Thank you for sharing so crucial skills necessary for sales. I wish had learned a year ago and made some money to join your coaching program. Just awesome!

Cool..
Awesome Video, I wanted to thank you well done
Loved it all but the part about obvious advantages. Isn't that like telling your client they can't see something obvious. Which could make them feel off put, like if its so obvious what do you think of me.
I've learned that asking questions is one of the best ways to keep a conversation going and to build trust with someone.
Blake: You got leads. Mitch & Murray paid good money. Get their names to sell them. You can't close the leads you're given, you can't close shit, you are shit, hit the bricks pal, and beat it, 'cause you are going out.
Shelley:The leads are weak.
Blake: "The leads are weak." The fucking leads are weak? You're weak. I've been in this business fifteen years…
Dave Moss: What's your name?
Blake: Fuck you. That's my name.
Blake: You know why, mister? 'Cause you drove a Hyundai to get here tonight; I drove an eighty thousand dollar BMW. That's my name.

This video is helpful. Thanks.
Talking to the people very first time on call and to get their 2 minutes to talk is tough these days. Can i get some strategies or suggestions on that part please?
Love the content. Needed this. I only been in the business for 1year and decided to do it full time 2 months ago and boy oh boy. I wish I knew half of the things you teach/coach before quitting my job
