I'm in my mid-50's and my friend and I were talking about retirement the other day. I told her that I want to work probably until 75 or so. She said why? I love what I do and I can't stand sitting around. She said why don't you volunteer. Really? Go work for free? Why is that better? LOL I might as well make money if I'm going to work and I love it. I have saved this video and will replay it every time I think I may be too old for the business. Thanks Tom!!
As a millennial in this career, I can absolutely say she is right on her observation. However, I'm so glad that even so belonging to a group that mostly lives on the present day I was able to traverse from that to a future oriented perspective; not caring largely of other people's drama. Thanks Coach Ferry for videos like that which continually inspire goal setters.
