To me, you're the most inspiring person in the internet. Not only for the things you say, but for the way you do what you do. Just to observe you work is an amazing lesson.

Suggestion/Request! I'm new to real estate and it would be super helpful to know what order I should prioritize different goals. You have a lot of great content but I'm not sure what order to implement it, as a brand new agent. Sometimes I feel like I'm working on a part that should come later, when I still havent done the most important stuff. Dragging and dropping your existing videos into a playlist and saying "New agent? Watch these videos in this order". Hope that made sense 🙂 Thanks for your quality content! Much love from Upstate NY.

Thank you so much for this video, Tom. I'm a perfectionist and a dabbler. My folks tell me that I have a lot of potential, but I'm not very "kinetic." My fear of making mistakes has always been one of my biggest stumbling blocks. I'm also a dabbler. I do have ADHD, but that's not an excuse. Again, thank you for this much-needed kick in the butt. With love from the Philippines.

Thanks for the video Tom, great message to start of the day in the right mindset. I've listened to the audio book "The One Thing" by Gary Keller twice and just finished reading the book. I like your take on the domino effect of just working on one thing at a time, it is indeed like a chain reaction and everything false in place. I had an interesting observation over the past couple of months, when I look at my tracking sheets for phone calls & F2F conversations, when I'm focused on "The One Thing" I get 20 -30 done in a day. When I'm not focused and let distractions get the better of me I only get 1 or 2 calls done in a day. I'm also working on the habit of working with a daily success list rather than a to do list and work on "The One Thing" that produces the highest result. Back to the domino effect, commission checks are on average 90 days out, and the the scary thing is what "Do" or "Don't do" has a Domino effect, one is effect is receiving commission checks the other is unpaid bills piling up. Thanks again for today's message 🙂
