I did this ….right after I sold a property sent out 60 handwritten letters. NOT ONE CALL lol
What do you do if you don’t really have a buyer? Is this a little white lie to get a seller listing? What if the seller says bring the buyer by to see the house. Then what? Sorry just newby questions.
Does the mass voicemail violate DNC rules? Or does that company automatically screen the DNC list?
2 month in property, and at the early month i manage to close 1 sales. But after that i didn't manage to get or close even 1 deal. Sometimes i feel like down.. Seeing others / senior getting their sales close. Do you have any advise for me?

Tom, a big portion of your ideas to get new listings, involve us telling potential sellers that we have buyers ready. This would involve a dual agency agreement to actually work out unless you are on a team. With most brokerages (including) my own, not allowing dual agency. Would this be null n void?
What if the seller is bit too challenging and asks you which neighbourhood you are talking about . What would you say? You don’t know how many sticky notes you’ve dropped and in which areas?🤔
