This was awesome!!! However, The sheer thought of providing blow away customer service for every customer all the time to build trust seems expensive. I already have to do several things: work on my skills, generate leads every day, follow up regularly, and participate the high risk game of 100% sales. Then I must work harder to build an encore type experience with clients I have to train to possibly refer me? No wonder the failure rate is so high. How do you accomplish all of that and not go crazy?
