During my recent Miami trip, I was honored to speak with a great group of people. We discussed our 2019 goals, then laid out exactly what we needed to do STARTING RIGHT NOW to be able to reach them. And BTW, it’s not enough to think just one year ahead… I challenge you to think 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years ahead! And, while we’re at it, I dare you to lay out a 20-year plan!

I hope you realize that everything you’ve done to get you where you are today, isn’t going to help you get to where you NEED to be in a few years’ time. Please don’t try to reinvent yourself using the same patterns… Rather, do an entire makeover – and make it a huge upgrade!
