so true and great video… I started Yoga Surrender once a week and it is so good for meditation, you can come as imperfect as you are and be perfect for it, not crazy poses just a deeper connection with your body to listen to it. Powerful

Oh my goodness I love this! I was listening to it in my car I even sat up straighter made me smile more thank you I'm sorry for everything ever since I've been back from the summit I have made a change in my health and in my "MEDS". Having challenges on the first one, "M" (mediation)
Thumbs up if you're on track and doing all the MEDS(s) already.
Do a few one-minute poses and dedicate them to others who might be suffering in some way. It takes your mind off the pain you may feel while holding the poses and directs positive energy out into the world.
