Good tips, but I don’t know… nothing at all replaces actually seeing a home in person. Digitally enhanced photos can make a dog prospective listing look like a million dollar property. Good tips overall, but there’s no way in hell I’d have someone submit an offer without seeing the property in person. I’d be doing a disservice.
