Winston Churchill Said true success is moving from failure to failure to failure without a loss of enthusiasm. As you start today, my question for you is what can you do to create sustainable levels of enthusiasm? Now you may say Tom I'm a pretty fired up guy, but I also understand that we all go through the highs and the lows day to day from one client to another, one critical conversation, one mundane task. and when we lose that enthusiasm that inspired state to go out and do our very best work, we simply fall short of what our possibility is. My question for you is could you operate at your level 10 every single day Moving even from failure and failure and failure and maintain the joy, the happiness, the enthusiasm, the passion to make the next phone call, to have the next conversation, to then be with the people that you love and not carry in all the guilt, all the nonsense from the work day.
The answer is of course you can and it starts with your decision. What will you do.
Find periods of the day to reconnect to that enthusiasm. Meditations, self directed affirmation questions, scripted wins, feeling gratitude for the great and mundane, all or one during periods of the day keep the small wins going
