So one thing I think about all the time is no one cares right? So if I have a cold, no one cares. Uh, if I didn't get sleep the night before, no one cares. If I you know, got in an argument with my wife, no one cares. Everybody expects me to show up and to be my absolute best for them.

And I think you can relate to that. Does a customer really care if you had a bad night's sleep? Do you? do you want, uh, you know to walk into a presentation and say oh, the last 45 days has just been horrible for me. What's a client going to say to you in that experience? No one cares. So what do you have to do? You have to show up every single day as your best self I Don't care what happened the night before I don't care about the deal that fall apart I'm expecting you just like I expected myself to show up and be a level 10 every single day.

That's what goes through my head all the time.
