Foreign. we've all heard the stories of Kobe Bryant's 3am workouts. We've also heard the stories of the inspired single mom working long hours into the night to do whatever it takes to put herself and her family in a position to win. It's their willingness to prepare to plan, surrounding yourself with like Minds with a common purpose.

That's what winners do. Oftentimes people say it looks so easy for you, but we know behind the scenes. it was the months, the weeks, the days of preparation that created the results that you produced. That's how you win today.

We both know in times of Crisis you know this is the time to build and it doesn't matter the news and the media and what they're saying about the market, it only comes down to one thing: how many clients are you committed to serve? We both know the consumer deserves a better experience today. and I know you promise to deliver on that. So why did you come to this year's Summit The most important thing about coming to this event is the networking. I've met so many amazing people from all over the country.

Being this around like-minded professionals that allows us to kind of stay at the top of our game. For those of us who have been around, we've been kind of waiting for this so again, learning the new techniques and also getting back to basics. Focus on those two or three things. It's not about everything, it's about Focus So what do you have in common with so many inside this community? The first is that you're uber competitive and you share a growth mindset.

You're competitive. You want to win, But it's not you against everybody else. it's you against you. the person in the mirror, your real competition.

And every day you're striving for your level of greatness. So we all came together for the same common reasons: to close the gap on our greatness, to close the gap on our knowledge, to close the gap on the skills required to achieve our level of greatness. To improve our mindset. To add the playbooks, we need to go out and build our business, to collect a new community of people to ultimately support you.

And at the end of the day to go out and execute, we've added the knowledge, the skills, the mindset, the playbooks. You've established your community to support your greatness. Now it comes down to one thing: execution. Do the work, my friend.
