Looking at Nikola's cash position vs outstanding shares, its a little less than a 2:1 ratio…that means IF hypothetically out of all of the investigation and lawsuits it turns out that Nikola has no real intellectual property, going by their cash alone, their liquidation value would be less than $2/share….holy shit!

GM should sign a deal with Tesla to manufacture the Cybertruck under license. That will make GM look like a cooler brand, put the knife into Ford, and allow Tesla to scale up dramatically.

Timing is too coincidental for GM not to have had a hand in the Hindenburg report. In one move they could discredit and oust Trevor, replace board members and increase their stake in the Nicola.
It's just business.
