I invested in tesla 200 before the split and sold it at 800 after the split.. it never made sense for me to hold when its trading 1000x as current revenue. Good luck to everyone else who is getting into tesla now

Which automaker(s) is/are going to be impacted the most by the "chip" shortage? I ask because most vehicles made don't have a lot of new "high tech" in them. If it's Tesla and other BEV only automakers, that makes me want to go to my kitchen, pull out the aluminum foil, and start a hat project.

Tom you have to remember what happened in 2008. Once housing market gets so expensive that only 20% of people can buy home demand will go down. If the pressure on rates keeps up it will negatively affect the market. The best fix for high prices are high prices.
