These "geniuses " are millions of dollars in debt. They don't talk about the actual numbers or provide proof that they purchased anything. Because they don't want you to really know how fake these videos actually are. If what he's saying is true. He would have several Helocs and mortgages to pay all at the same time. Not to mention extra costs that the tenant incurs. That's not profitable. This is all a waste of time. He only makes money from Youtube. Otherwise he'd be out of a job..
I recently inherited almost $500k. I REALLY need to make this money work for me, and not just disappear over time. I've been scrambling for somewhere to put the money, where I can make an effort to use the gains to pay bills so I can quit my job . All roads have pointed to the financial market of some sort which is a good idea buh where else should I put money besides the financial market?

YOU SHOULD MAKE A VIDEO ABOUT HOW YOU DEAL WITH YOUR TENANTS/ WHAT YOU CONSIDER ABOUT RENTING THE PLACE TO PEOPLE etc. Dealing with people is extremely hard. The tenants are protected by law. What kind of agreements do you get them sign in order to guarantee yourself?

This video somehow jinxed us on the whole 'companies not in single family home market' deal. Now you got Blackrock and a bunch of others overpaying and waiving inspections and all that fun stuff lol. So weird hearing Kevin talk about lack of competition just a few months before the reckoning.
