  1. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars James Shriver says:

300-4000 is actual daylight type color, the best to see by and do not cause headaches, avoid anything over4000Kelvins as they will show more blue light.
2700K is just too yellow to be useful compared to 3-4k brightness lights!

  2. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Daniel Currier says:

Great video, don't listen to the hate

  3. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Bite Hunter says:

    I miss this Kevin

  4. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars saby8765 says:

This guy's hustling big time 🤣🤣🤣

  5. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Yoram Gelfman says:

when you renovate or build homes valued at $800k and up, you can't get away with vinyl floorings, and many of the things he mentioned. this is good for cheaper homes, up to $500k I would say

  6. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Amaury Jacquot says:

the color temperature of lights is a matter of opinion.
    I despise the 2700K lights, can't see a thing with these…

  7. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Toyota Manny says:

Fake cameras can land you in litigation trouble in some parts of the world. Not worth it.

  8. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Canis Lupus says:

Dude you are like so WRONG on stainless steel sinks. I have a 14 gauge 304-grade cold rolled stainless steel sink. It does not dent at all even with heavy use. It has sound deadening insulation. It is deep and HUGE! The strength of a stainless steel sink or its ease of being dented depends on the gauge of the steel used. The higher the gauge the cheaper and more easily damaged the sink. The 304 grade means the steel alloy won't rust. Yeah dude you buy a 21 gauge sink for your rental its crap!

  9. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Mario Gutierrez says:

    Also something PROs do
NEVER go to home depot lol
They go to warehouses for cheaper prices and bulk prices and they usually know someone that can also help them get a deal. Home depot is a rip off honestly

  10. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars O’Michael Nato says:

Hey I’m a little confused, weren’t you recommending tile in the other videos since it’s easy clean up for spills etc ? Maybe that was a different time and tastes changed ? Thanks

  11. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Homer Cedillo says:

    Skinny kev

  12. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars KendallRiteNow says:

This is all great if you're flipping a property to rent cuz renters gonna destroy it anyways, no matter how quality the product is. But if you are flipping to sell or for yourself, it's best to use quality products. That doesn't mean it has to be the best, just quality.

  13. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Ronald Brunson says:

"How to be a slumlord and suck every penny out of your tenets" more accurate title.

  14. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Trevor Shaner says:

    can’t magnet stainless steel

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Amitabh Kaushal says:

Appreciate the content and intent but you need to do less drama and act like a child in your videos. You have practical knowledge and wisdom but the way you put it up is very irrerating.

  16. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jordan Rose says:

Meet kevin out here grabbing hammers to dent up the fridges to get them at a discount lol

  17. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Pramod P says:

Jeez u got this info from an Indian …I bet…

  18. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Simon Wikberg says:

So interesting to watch this, the style that american buyers want seems so different from here in europe. I would never in a million years get a carpet for example, and I don't know a single person who has a carpet.

  19. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jaja Binks says:

Done good points, but totslly disagree about landscaping. That's a great way to cheaply increase home value – yes make sure they are low low maintenance.

  20. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars nomercy says:

damn so dont get led lights, get led lights, then dont get led lights. got it.

  21. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Derek Holder says:

I'd hate to be your tenant

  22. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Plutus says:

is "tarjay" supposed to be target?

  23. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Alexier says:

Actually, about the damaged floor models. Home Depot will only sell you the floor model if they don’t have any in stock online

  24. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars BlacklistedDrums says:

    Tucked-in T-shirt!

  25. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Walker Morales says:

I completely agree on electrical work since we don’t have any experience doing it, but plumbing isn’t that bad we’ve had to replace old sewage pipes and redo entire bathrooms and it was ok.

  26. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Walker Morales says:

Or you could get hardwood for around $2 a foot as well and improve the value of the house more than the vinyl.

Edit: although the wood takes more time to install.

  27. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Walker Morales says:

Strongly agree about renting power tools, my dad has a fair number of them that he rarely uses

  28. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Walker Morales says:

If you need to reroof it’s better to go to professional suppliers. They’re cheaper and they bring it up to the roof for you

  29. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Brian & Sylvia says:

Make the tenants supply their own fridge is veering way off into slumlord territory.

  30. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Paul Dasilva says:

Man I just bought a investment property
And you are the definition of a slumlord
If people do their own work on the house they will save a ton of money and in return can buy better quality materials and get higher rent.

  34. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jesse Hosein says:

Bro I have this fridge in my garage that has this massive gash across the door panel that we bought as is because of the discount works perfectly fine

  35. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jesse Hosein says:

Led pathway lights are pro choice for pathway lighting though
