It all sounds good when they speak but you do need to put money down. Whether other peoples, banks or your own. Still NEED to put some money usually $25,000++ minimum down.
Place still looks pretty bad. Not just equipment but also interior quality is junky. Money needs to go into that too.

You didn't mention the biggest expense being electricity and how you could maybe replace a few machines that are more efficient and save there. The electric bill has to be insane since a dryer is the #1 power-consuming device in most homes, so commercial machines must use even more power.

You obviously work a ton, but you still include your family and seem to have a great relationship.
