that what happen to me, i bought later to find out foundation problem, it sole AS IS, I don't am very depressed about it, it goen ruin me finacally, Inspector, says it minimul and since I don't know , I thought normal, later I found out it was major problem.

I remember I sold a house that had major foundation issues. The investors that bought it flipped it in like 3 months. I know they didn't fix the foundation and sold it for 215k more than I sold it to them for. I was relieved to get out that house and into a safe home. I'm guessing they didn't do an inspection cuz it was so bad the front of the house was tilted outwards along with just the entire house bowed in and out at different areas.
