Lucid Motors is officially ahead of schedule, $350m is being expedited to combine phase 2 and 3 expansion of the Arizona facility into 1. Lucid have completed the pre-production run of the Lucid air and are onto final quality control.

Lucid Motors are on track to manufacture around 500 vehicles in 2021, 20,000 in 2022 and up to 50,000 in 2023 after accelerating the expansion of the facility in Arizona.
A separate production line is also being made for the project gravity, meaning Lucid Air production numbers wont fall, and additional money is being spent on design and performance of the Project Gravity.
Lucid have also completed their pre production run of the lucid air and are now on to a final quality control run before vehicles are sent to their final customers.
All of this is great news for the CCIV stock!

ordering my Plaid Model, I am very skeptical about the cciv stock after the lucid dream delivered to the consumer, I believe there will be a lot negative response from the consumers. Let me share with you my opinion as being Tesla owner perspective; Tesla just delivered a Plaid Model before Lucid dream, the Plaid has amazing response in consumer first experience, it make me want to trade my Tesla model 3 performance. Tesla raise the bar so high with the Plaid model, from the new interior design, the big improve computer theater design, where most Tesla consumer already adapting to Tesla software system.
In order Lucid can be successful in their launch, the Lucid dream edition it has to be impress those Tesla's fans, so Tesla's fan can create those buzz in their community. Here why I am skeptical that Lucid has tough to have a successful launch, even though Lucid has better range; Lucid has interior design is still has the look and feel of modern traditional automobile design unlike Tesla's has proven system that consumer can adapt to the big screen where it can do more then traditional dash board, the outside clam shell design is not practical compare to Tesla hatch back design, the pricing of the Dream addition 40k more then the Plaid, where it chase away consumer like me to get one.
Don't take me wrong, I am still bullish with lucid for long term, because their technology. I hope I am wrong, I hope Peter has tricks underneath of his sleeves that will surprise the Tesla Fans, Please let me know what do you think about my opinion?
