Amc just saw over 50 million FTDs in one singular day, without that kind of manipulation, AMC would've squeezed, guaranteed!
Thats double the FTDs we saw in January of 2021, combined with record highs in TRS Total Return Swap activity.
AMCs FTDs disappeared because they were sent to the obligation warehouse, but remember, theres a VERY big difference between a 'share' being sent to the obligation warehouse, and a 'liability' still being in existence.

#AMC #AMCStock #ShortSqueeze

Today I Want to talk about how AMC just saw over 50 million Ftds in One Singular day I Want to explain how AMC would have squeezed without these Fdds guaranteed. And finally I want to explain what happens to these Fdds and the Obligation Warehouse now that we have a new Q-sip number. so stay tuned and let's make some money and now I'll drive straight in with the curation. So Stephanie tweeted saying crime scene look at the number of AMC Fdds after the reverse splitting conversion as well because remember, you have to multiply those by 10 And she said with all of these Ftds, they dropped the price by six dollars before the market even opened.

After the reverse split and conversion, you can also see in this list of Ftds, the number of Fdds increased rapidly to over 50 million in one day, but then fell just to 11 000. So in this video I Want to explain two things: I want to explain what happened to these Fdds and effectively what happens with the Obligation Warehouse, but also explain how AMC guaranteed would have squeezed without these Ftds. Firstly, let's talk about how absolutely massive these FTD numbers are. You may remember over the last few weeks I gave my predictions about future AMC Fdds back when we hit this number of 18 million Fdds.

I Said on the next leg up we may see 25 or even 30 million Ftds in one day. but actually it seems even I underestimated this number massively because we didn't just see 30 million Ftds in one day. We saw 30 million Fdds for a number of days and all-time highs of 50 million Fdds. To put into perspective just how absolutely massive that number is, that's over double the number of Ftds that we saw back in January of 2021 when the buy button was turned off.

if they had to turn off the buy button to stop 30 million Fdds, Imagine what have happened if we didn't have these 50 million. But let's first talk about where those Ftds went and how the obligation Warehouse actually works. So Dominic tweeted saying I saw something on Reddit and thought I'd check it out. The FTD data needs a closer look.

He said apparently there was Fdds for AMC old and AMC new on the 24th and 25th of August. So if we look here on the 24th of August we've got the ticker symbol AMC which incurred 11 000 Ftds. We've also got Ape with 171 000, but we also have AMC Zed Zed with 6.6 million again. the day after.

on the 25th, we've got AMC with 1.8 million, eight with 17 000, but also AMC Xxx with 18 000. So we've got a new AMC ticker or a new AMC Q-sup number and an old AMC Q Sip. Now Ultimately, these Ftds disappeared because they went to the Obligation Warehouse Now I've had a lot of people commenting about this warehouse but not fully understanding how it works. So I want to explain it and make it perfectly clear what this obligation Warehouse actually is and differentiate between an AMC share and an AMC liability so effectively, when a short seller synthetically shorts or legitly shorts a share, it creates them a liability.
They're still on the hook for buying that share back and closing out of their short position. You've also got AMC shares which are just individually referenced or barcoded items that have a specific reference number. Also, be sure to get that guaranteed free share of Tesla or of Google and up to 15 free shares on top of that worth up to two thousand dollars each, which you could always use to buy more shares of AMC GameStop or of any other stock. When you sign up to MooMoo using the link in the description below and make the required qualifying temporary deposit, signing up to me was free and it's easy.

It just requires that temporary deposit, but it's a really great way to help support my channel and to get tons of free stocks at the same time. On top of that, Moon is very easy to use. They've got tons of technical indicators and advanced charting tools and their own options trading platform. So effectively the specific shares as a result of the reverse split and conversion have now gone to the obligation where Warehouse you've got the old AMC shares, the old AMC Q-sip numbers, and the new AMC shares or new AMC keeps it numbers.

But separately from that you've also got an AMC liability which is completely different. So with the AMC shares that are now in the obligation, Warehouse sets your AMC share barcoded: AMC XXX 2 billion, 513 million, 720 964th share. that share is now in the obligation Warehouse The FDD has now been canceled and the short seller does not have to locate a share for their short position. Now that short position or the liability is still very much open and very much exists, they just don't have to locate a share for it anymore.

Ultimately, the SEC didn't really care if these short sellers actually located shares or didn't locate shares because these shorts have been not locating them for over two years now and the SEC did abs absolutely nothing. So whether your share is in the obligation Warehouse or not I don't really think it matters because the SEC never did anything about it anyway. So let's talk about this AMC liability which is completely different from the AMC shares regardless if your share is in the obligation Warehouse or not. Regardless, if it's an old Q-sip or a new Q-sip it still has that liability.

In terms of what I mean by an AMC liability, you'll remember this line from Citadel's financial statements which is security sold, not yet purchased that fair value. Now AMC's old Q-sip number is in the obligation Warehouse It doesn't mean there's 65 billion dollar liability suddenly disappears. This 65 billion dollar liability next year won't All of a sudden read a zero. This liability still very much exists because the short position is still very much there.

Citadel is still on the hook for this short because they haven't closed out of that short position even though the physical share itself or the old Qsub Shares are in that obligation. Warehouse It doesn't mean the liability disappears and that they don't have to close out of that short position. that share was still sold to you and you are still holding that share. Technically, the share that you did hold is in the obligation warehouse, but you are given a new share instead.
So therefore, they still have that short position. So that means their synthetic share liability Still Remains It means Citadel's security sold and not yet purchased figure stays at 65 billion. It means they still hold that short position and they're still on the hook for that short selling liability. And it also means if and when AMC increases this security sold, not yet purchased liability will increase.

And the very interesting part is this liability for security sold, not yet purchased of 65 billion is very close to their total assets of 79 billion. They only have four billion dollars in spare cash, spare profits, or technically in members. Capital But when AMC increases and their liability increases by 4 billion, Citadel will technically be insolvent. So the important thing to remember is, even though your old share that AMC XXX 2.513 billion is in the obligation warehouse and your share is technically gone and so is the FTD their liability Still Remains But let's also talk about how AMC would have squeezed guaranteed without these Ftds if the Shorts did not sell 30 million, 35 million and 50 million shares into the market on that reverse split and conversion date AMC would have squeezed.

The only way they prevented it from squeezing was by selling hundreds of millions of shares or of synthetic shares into the market. You can effectively tell these are synthetics because of the fact they incurred Fdds on pretty much every single share they sold into the market. This was Virtue doing virtue things being its infinite liquidity, fairy and filling hundreds of millions of selling orders or of short sale orders without having any shares to sell. As Susan Trimbaugh tweeted she said liquidity measures how fast assets can be turned into cash.

Checking accounts are very liquid. You just go to an ATM and you take out or withdraw your twenty dollar bills. She said houses take 30 days, maybe 60, maybe 90 days after all the legal proceedings have gone through to turn into catch. But yeah, AMC is taking 50 plus days to settle their Ftds showing AMC is not liquid.

That is showing that retail investors are not selling shares. There's no legit shares being sold on the market, and the only way sell orders or shorting orders are being fulfilled is by virtue. And Citadel using their infinite liquidity variabilities, they're committing that illegal naked shorting or using their Market maker exemption to illegally short sell shares Auto Sale shares that don't exist and can't be located. Without virtue, you wouldn't have these Ftds.
Without these Fdds, you wouldn't have synthetic shares being sold into the market without virtue. And without these Ftds, the AMC price would Skyrocket upwards as there would be nothing to hold the price down at the moment. Virtue is holding the price down by filling those sell orders very close to the buy order requests. But without virtue, the buyers would have to increase their price until they found legit Sellers And as far as unaware, apes are not legitly selling shares until at least 500 if not a thousand dollars above.

On top of that, Randall Corner also tweeted saying well, what do you know AMC was one of the top actively traded Total return swap in August So AMC had some of them most active Total return swaps in the month of August around that reverse split and conversion date, which is again how the Shorts avoided the AMC squeeze without these Ftds. and without this Total return swap activity of Shorts taking new synthetic short positions AMC would have squeezed guaranteed. You can see AMC was ranked 18th for having the 18th most total return swap contracts traded that gained 93 positions in the month of August. Basically saying in July AMC was in the top 150, but in August it was in the top 20 where it says notionals I don't know if that's 421 billion dollars, 421 million dollars, or 421 million shares worth of Total return swaps traded.

whichever way it is, that's a crazy number of Total return swaps traded in the month of August around that reverse split and conversion, the only other stocks and ETFs with more shares or in more notional totals of total returns hops traded is Apple Microsoft Nvidia Tesla Google and a bunch of ETFs Basically saying AMC saw more Total return swaps trading than pretty much the entire Market As Charles Leos tweeted he said not all stocks are this manipulated. He said did you know AMC stands for 10 of all share lending value in the entire stock market. He said that says it all without the current AMC manipulation between Total return swaps, Ftds, share lending, and everything else that's going on AMC would have squeezed guaranteed. But guys, be sure to let me know what you think down in the comments below.

And as always, guys, be sure to ding that notification Bell because that way you'll be alerted when I upload a new video. Cheers.

I believe market makers have made a deal where they are lending shares to each other, and they aren't charging interest to each other. Since are government is 99% corrupt, they are going to let them get away with this until AMC gets driven to nothing.

We own every share, so buying now results in zero buying pressure to make the price go up, because all we're buying are IOUs. Whether they'll ever make good on these is anybody's guess. You said short sellers would have to close before conversion, but somehow, they figured a way out of that, too.
