Do you earn most of the money through provisions from leasing or from actual rent you're getting paid from your own real estates?
Unfortunatly I live in Switzerland and even the crappiest Real Estates are atleast 500'000 +++ .
I'm working in a good paid job and do a own business which also give me a good income, but I see in both of them a limit on how much I can earn. Also owning real estates would be a more stable income, and I'm not limited on how many real estats I could own in the future.
I'm currently also investing in the stock marke, but I do not invest in ETF's. I rather pick my stocks one by one.
My first goal is to breakthrough the 100'000 CHF networth mark till end of year.
1 CHF equals around 1$
