Here’s a quick rant for y’all about what really brings long lasting happiness, from my experience. It’s not money and fancy things (although a Lotus helps, a little). But seriously, from my experience, it’s the the adventures you have along the way that brings the most enjoyment and fulfillment in life. It’s the doing and not the receiving. It’s the memories and experiences and not the things. This is how to be happy.
Buying things is cool, and it’s nice - but it’s just a quick “fix” rather than a lasting solution. Inevitably, we all build up a tolerance to things and outer stimuli that creates our new baseline of what we need to be happy again. Much like a drug, we continue needing more to get the same level of excitement as we once did. Understanding this helps put things into perspective that there will never be enough, there will always be more, and chasing the dragon won’t lead to future happiness. With this in mind, enjoy the moment - be grateful - and have fun with the process.

I watched this video after your video on the Dave Ramsey show today 5/4/2023. Kinda takes you full circle.
Great video. Thank you.
This video deserves more views
Its not about the destination but the journey to get there is what I think you are trying to say here and that is factual. Oh and the drug that you were talking ab is called dopamine lol.
Great video ! This video deserves more views!
Graham out here driving to the military base in gta
I’m surprised videos like this of graham’s never blew up. I love these.
Great video comment and like #19
“SunCor Financial MPI review”
It’s literally just like Tyson Fury when all his life he wanted to beat the heavyweight champion of the world because nobody could and then he achieved his goal and he spiraled in a wirl wind of depression to the worst point but then he bounced back so good on him! Hope you lot are coping well and your days going great Godbless!!
I have a Lotus Esprit S4 that is happiness that will never go away lol
Nice ideas 😇
I thought this was a good video about Destination Addiction. What's that? It's the pre-occupation with the idea that happiness is in the next place, with the next job, or with the next partner, and until a person gives up the idea that happiness is somewhere else, it will never be where they are.
this just made me more depressed
The more time passes, the more i realize this truth. Thank you!
Enjoy the process. We are happy when we are growing. Thank you for the video.
I liked for that dog.
Great video too Graham 😉
The Alchemist
Well…this is where I would go on about why people need Jesus. Contentment is one of the greatest things in this world.
A rant about happiness? Wow, I'd hate to see you pissed off.
If you want a more logical approach to this, you can look at it in terms of game theory.
In game theory every situation is a game.
Games can either be finite or infinite.
-Finite games are games where you play to win. This is how most people view life; as a winnable, finite game. Once they achieve their goal, they've won.
-Infinite games are games which the players play to perpetuate the game. Life is not a winnable game, thus it can be viewed as an infinite game with finite objectives.
You play life to perpetuate the game and achieve your goals. Playing to win at life will leave you disappointed if you don't win, and lost if you do.
Cant agree more, the build up and journey many times are better then the final result or product. Thank you Graham

Great thoughts, you’ll go far in life.
Hey what’s up?
I can relate a lot to this video it’s definitely something that’s always on mind those little material things that you buy and give you a high. Happiness is so much more or should be so much more. Thanks for another video!
Yeah a lot of the time, I’ll spend a few months saving money for something, and then I buy it and I realize i don’t even want it anymore lol. It’s just the process of saving towards something that keeps me busy for a while.
You are so smart and mature.
Now that your becoming a bigger youtuber you wouldn't be able to communicate as well with your fans so I wanted to ask you what is something you would tell your younger self to get you through life
