To everyone who asked me if they’re too young to go into real estate, if they need to be older to be successful, if they need to have more experience - this is for you. I was given the same lecture of “how you can’t be successful in real estate at 18 years old” and it’s totally untrue. These are the top 6 advantages you have by being young and inexperienced. My last video: https://goo.gl/9sHRCg
1. You’re memorable. Because so few people start a business or sell real estate at such a young age, it’s easy to stand out. Being this different has its perks and people remember that!
2. You’re non threatening. No one is worried about you stealing their business, their clients, or trying to pull a fast one. They’re more likely to go easy on you.
3. People want to give you a chance. I’ve noticed that most older, successful people really go out of their way to help you out when you’re that much younger. Definitely use this while you still can!
4. You likely have a low overhead without a lot of expenses. It’s a lot easier to begin a new business before you have a mortgage, kids, a wife, and other payments to handle - now is the perfect time before life begins to slow you down.
5. You know social media really, really well - it should come completely second nature by now, without a learning curve. Everything you need to know if easily searchable on the internet!
6. You’re coachable. You’re a completely clean slate that hasn’t had years of repetition and routine that’s hard to change. You don’t have any bad habits that you need to break - instead, you can learn fresh from the ground up.
Remember that you still need to be a professional and treat it like a business, regardless of how old you are. You’re still competing with other people who likely have decades of experience on you, so treat it like a learning opportunity and take advantage of as much as you can, while you can.
And don’t let people discourage you. There will always be negative people trying to talk you down - ignore it. It’s white noise.

I'm 39 but still feel I have good years to come, career-wise, and lots to look forward to. I wish Graham's channel had been around when I was 19, 20 years ago! Thanks Graham, great video as always.
God bless you ❤️❤️

I kind of miss the foul language 😂😂
“SunCor Financial MPI review"
Great vid man, greetings from Dominican Republic
Nice car ya got there, Playa.
Thanks this was great! Even though I'm older, the fact that I look young and people treat me like I'm young I can definitely use most of the tips given. Thanks I feel better about my baby face! <3
what would happen if you were black?
Inspiring message 👌
Graham I am getting started now. I’m not asking for help I just hope you will remember me when I drop an update.
Spot on. Saying I wanted to shoot weddings at age 16, people thought I couldn't do it. Every client I met, LOVED that I was young and wanted my fresh approach, it was and still is a huge strength in business, I rarely encounter an issue where my age is an issue. There is a 9-12 year age gap for my fellow competitors who are dominating my industry. Solid advice Graham!
Hey Graham! Would it be suggested to hold a part time job when first starting out, just to have SOME income before your first couple sales?
You sure did look young. You looked 16 when you where 18.
Okay so quick question, how did you find the "right" brokerage when you started out. There seems to be so many out there and its hard to pick the right one. Great video btw!!
Really nice video👌
You are my main village man.
graham is love 😀
do you do your own video editing? love your videos bro
I have a question Graham. Does the city matter when becoming successful? I live in a relatively small city with a population of about 40,000 but theres two bigger cities really close to mine with a combined population of about 1 million.
I find every single of grahams videos amazing !! 🙂
I'm 23 and don't have much capital but I'm really in real estate investing any suggestion on how I can raise capital.
how tall are you?
Hey man I'm 16 years old haven't worked for as an employee a day in my life, what are some jobs you would suggest for my to apply
I'm 21 and I just started as a buyer's agent in PA. Most people notice I'm young and don't say anything but I can tell they're surprised. As long as you remain confident in your ability other people will too. Every realtor I work with is 35+ so I definitely appeal to a younger generation (non-threatening) which is super helpful.
Can i contribute to both tsp and roth ira im going into the military soon
Great video man, awesome to see the channel growing!
For real estate. Should i start in management or sales?
Awesome! Great stuff man… I can see your fired up! Thanks for your enthusiasm🤙
Yo Graham loving these videos man, kept me motivated and Guess what I passed my real estate exam! Now to find a broker to work with and get to your level haha
Very inspiring and motivating, thanks!
Any videos or advice on getting started? I am 19 y/o currently in college for finance, but I want to take up real estate.
