One of the most important things you can learn is how to sell. Everything you do, in some way or another, revolves around selling - either yourself, your services, or your product. You’ll need to communicate your value to other people in a way that they can understand and relate to, without coming across as pushy. Enjoy! Add me on Snapchat/Instagram: GPStephan - SHOW MORE
It's a lot more difficult than you think to effectively communicate your product or yourself to someone else. Most people will never put in the time to realizing this, so just by taking the time to improve yourself, you’re immediately setting yourself apart from almost everyone else.
Step 1: Know the advantages you have and what makes you stand out from everyone else. What makes you better? How can you improve someone else’s experience? What problem does this solve? Write them down. It needs to be a win-win.
Step 2: Communicate with enthusiasm. If you don’t believe what you say, neither will anyone else.
Step 3: Know who your audience is and how to target them. Make sure they want or need your services or product before pitching yourself.
Once you’ve realized what your advantages and selling points are, do your best to internalize it. If you’re an employee, understand what you do better than anyone else. If you’re selling real estate, don’t just sell the house - sell yourself as a professional and demonstrate what sets you apart from everyone else. Know your value and practice communicating it to others.

“SunCor Financial MPI review"
This is one of your most timeless videos for sure
How do I sell ideas to my wife?
Have you read Sell or Be Sold by Grant Cardone?
Wow I never noticed that your excited manner isn't normal, but when you sat there all sad and murmered your way through it, I was like 'ohhh yeah, that's how everybody usually talks.' Nicely done.
you still here
hi old graham
I'll try to start investing on an hourly fixed rate job. I know this isn't the best way to do do it but… I'll manage
At first, I thought that was a shower curtain and you were filming this from the toilet.
Seriously this is one of the best advice that I’ve ever got. I tried to make Youtube videos and I sounded like the boring version of Graham. I was so wondering why I sound like that. I finally knew why that was! Thank you so much for sharing this, you really changed my life not only bc of this video but also of many others!
You rock on every video
-Optimistic
-Good at marketing
-Comfortable making videos, good behind and in front of the camera
-Friendly able to go up to strangers and strike up conversations and able to make friends quickly
– good with SEO
– take action on ideas instead of just learning and not doing.
Yo, I love the Hip Hop instrumentals you put in your background.
Great video
I think persuasion is a great skill to learn
Sell, Mortimer, Sell !
I thought you would say "risk management".
You going bald?
wtf is this those are skill to be popular not to make money ffs youtube is full of bs and things every one know
As always, thank you, Graham!
I'd love to put some tracks together for your channel Graham.
I could make beats for ya all day graham. PM me.
Would you advise getting a job in sales? To learn how to sell and market, not just as a day job.
There are a lot of great comments on this board. It's been nice to read them, however (if I'm not mistaken), the list wasn't completely about the individual; It's also about what sets your product, service, opportunity, or all of the above, apart from the rest. I'll split this list and do it in 10 –
–>Why me?
1 – We have one life, so why waste it wasting each other's time?
2 – Strong moral compass – 51/49 – I aim to give more than I take.
3 – I'll do whatever it takes while the rest do whatever.
4 – The fortune is in the followup. So, expect me to be there and see it through, no matter the outcome.
5 – Macro patience. Micro speed.
–> Why my product, service, and opportunity?
6 – You're already doing it every day – spending money. I'll show you the process to redirect it, convert it, and earn from it. Why continue to spend it and watch it as it goes, when you can spend less of it, keep more of it, and watch it as it grows?
7 – It'll allow you to provide solutions and bring value to millions of people across the globe, in every major industry.
8 – Low-risk, large upside potential, and it's one of the closest things to recession proof that you'll find.
9 – It'll allow you to build leverage and take back control of your time.
10 – It'll allow you to build strong short-term and even stronger, longer-term residual financial independence.
That's a start!
P.s. Big kudos, Graham. I enjoy your content! Keep at it!
so im really trying to do what you do by the time i turn 18. can you make a video explaining where to start in real estate as and 18 year old and how to start investing.
Hi Graham! You're killing it and always teaching me. Thank you!
Pinning this because I totally forgot to mention this in the video – a HIGHLY recommended book is "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie. It's free as an audiobook if you YouTube it. Listen to it all the way through, it's about demonstrating your value in a positive way and bringing value to others at the same time. It's a long listen but it's perfect to listen to it in the car, at school, whenever.
