It seems like a large portion of my demographic is under the age of 18 and doing everything they can to be successful. Here is my advice to all of those people, and my top 4 recommendations of what you can do right now that’ll put you ahead of curve. Thanks for watching! Feel free to add me on Snapchat / Instagram: GPStephan
First step: Learn as much as you can. EVERYTHING is free. If you want to be a real estate investor, real estate agent, stock trader, investor…anything, you can learn almost everything online and on YouTube. Use this to your advantage.
Second step: Get firsthand experience. Learning is one component, but having firsthand experience is invaluable. Do whatever you can to get your foot in the door - volunteer, work for free, work part time, do anything you can to get the experience to learn.
Third step: Try as many things as you can. You might not like what you initially thought you wanted to do - I thought I wanted to be an investment banker in high school 😉 Then I found real estate and the rest was history.
Fourth step: Take risks. You have very little to lose and a LOT to gain. Even if you fail, these experiences are priceless and will help you going forward.
Thanks again for watching, I hope this helps!

i watch your presmash the like videos for the memes
good stuff as always
I just found you this year. What about someone in their mid 30s I’ve been studying real estate for last three years. I just couldn’t get my license yet cause apparently my body opened a baby factory that I just shut down this year lol. Also is it a good time to get my license during corona?
Thank you so much I have washed so much if your real estate videos and I’m taking my moms real estate school with her. I’m 14 but I want to learn as much as I can right now so that when I get my license I can hopefully minimize that learning curb
The days before the smash like revolution.
Thank you Graham soooo much, this video is so helpful, it more just confirmed what I already knew… But I still learned many things and I hope you continue making amazing videos!
Why this video has only 27k views? ;:)
Thank you for advises!

I'm 13 and just taking my time to learn.

Took your advice and enrolled in a Community College as a High School student. While not completely free it is a hell of a deal for me.
I'm the 1k like it's so fun clicking it making it say 999 to 1k to 999
Still one of my favorite videos
The old man on the forums won the like no question 😂😂
Graham! If I give you a sweet idea for a video, a piece of youtube gold, that if you search you find absolutely, anything close is old, boring, or not alike..youtube vid idea G.. 7% your monthly revenue for the video for 48 months, at that time you will go from 93% of video revenue to 100%.?
I'm 17 right now and I'm interning w/a real estate agent as a senior in HS attending community college early. She says I can take courses for a few hundred dollars to prepare for my real estate license. I'm trying to get a job with more hours so I can gather more capital to fund my future real estate expenses. Could I work as a realtor full-time next summer and continue part-time in college?
im 13
How tall are you?
Valuable video…..
Thank you very much
hey stephen i am 15 years old and would be nice if you make a video about how to buy a house for first timmers like making an offer and all that stuff
I couldn't agree more with this video. If you're in your teens/early twenties and watching this, kudos to you. You have the world to conquer and you CAN do it. This is all great advice, and Graham is a great mentor. So keep doing what you're doing, work hard, don't give up, be resourceful (I converted a 1950's duplex into a triplex mostly on my own from google and being resourceful) and you'll get there.
There's one piece of advice I will add, and that is STAY HEALTHY while doing all that work and grinding. Eat properly and find the time to get a bit of heart healthy activity in there. Your future you will thank you and will be able to keep working hard and able to enjoy the life that you've been working so hard to build.
Graham, I’m a junior in high school and 16, so how can I get started in real estate? Is it legal to find a job, save money, and buy properties? I’ve been learning a lot and want to work at a brokerage. I know you have to be 18 to become an agent so I’ll wait.
Thank you for this video graham. I’m your age and our generation was basically encouraged to be useless until we got some magical job after college. They need to learn to take responsibility for their own future. Hopefully they listen to you, the youngsters in my life don’t listen to me because I’m not rich and fancy.
