Now we've got to talk about Ron DeSantis Not only what Donald Trump has to say about Ron DeSantis but some of the latest ads going back and forth regarding Ron DeSantis Uh, we're gonna make it very clear that uh, there's a lot of drama going on and I'll tell you there's one group that is absolutely loving the drama that's going on and it's Democrats Democrats are loving that Republicans who seem to be tearing each other apart for the Republican nomination. That is One thing that Democrats tend to have is that they tend to unite around a single candidate and everybody else gets shot out I don't personally think that's the best for the country. In fact, when I ran for governor in California, the Democrats made it extremely clear there could only be one Democratic candidate that anybody else was solely a distraction. which I actually think is disgusting because it limits the choice amongst people in a particular election.
When a party essentially coalesces around one candidate before a nominee is chosen, America loses. Or if State loses and this is how you continue to get hard-line politicians who stay in office is when essentially the uh Union of politicians. If you will coalesce around one candidate before you ask actually have a nominee chosen by the electorate, well then what you're getting is not the candidate that the electorate wants. the people want.
You're getting the candidate that essentially the existing leaders want either the wealthy people, ones who control the media or the existing politicians. So I think that's problematic. So while the Democrats are doing that well, uh, for their own sake, I think it's bad for Americans. What's bad for Republicans though is all the infighting.
But it's actually better for Americans because the more infighting you get, the more people are actually forced to look at the actual issues and see where candidates truly stand apart. And that's what we're going to do here is: we're going to take a little bit of a zoom in on Ron DeSantis We're going to do a little bit of comparing to Donald Trump And so let's look at what's going on between these two. Obviously these even though DeSantis hasn't actually declared that he's running for president yet, let's compare the two in certain areas and see where does Santis is going with his campaign. I'd like to start by saying I personally believe that Ron DeSantis has somebody in his cabinet or is is office or whatever who's basically saying that Ron DeSantis has to become more and more.
Dare I say and use the word extreme? Maybe some would just say loud and proud and others would say extreme on a daily basis to continue to stay relevant in the media. That's specifically because I align a rise of Donald Trump with a that is through indictment or otherwise with more and more measures coming out from Donald or Ron DeSantis that seem to be more edgy if you will. Now they're regularly deemed to be common and and core Republican beliefs, but even within those you're starting to get some divisiveness. Let's break down some of these. For example, a political group aligned with Ron DeSantis known as Never Back Down. that's the name of the group they just launched a bunch of attack ads on Donald Trump and in one of them they call Donald Trump a gun grabber and this was a little bit of a weird title to call someone a gun Grabber. But really, what they're trying to suggest is that Donald Trump doesn't support your gun rights. So let's look at the ads and actually break down what's really happening in this Uh gun Grabber ad.
And let's understand a little bit what Ron DeSantis is doing. So first, here's the gun: Grabber Ad Let's take a listen into this one and break down what where these quotes are actually coming from Trump Promised NRA members he'd have their back under attack Trump abandoned us and stood with liberal Democrats You guys, half of you are so afraid of the NRA we have to fight him every once in a while. That's okay. Some of you people are petrified of the NRA You can't be petrified.
They have great power over you people. They have less power over me I Don't need it I don't What do I need? That is why I have called for red flag laws. The poor might take the Firearms first and then go to court I Like taking. Keep in mind here, they're purposefully showing Trump with Nancy Pelosi Chuck Schumer Michael Bloomberg and otherwise, uh, trying to distance Trump from gun rights.
Now we'll compare this to what Donald Trump has said recently at the NRA Uh. Also, uh, keep in mind that here Donald Trump is is being quoted all of this. Obviously, these are clips of Donald Trump But here Donald Trump is saying hey, I prefer taking guns first and then going through due process later. Let's let's actually rewind just about four seconds there so you can hear that part and then uh, oops, there we go.
Uh, then we'll uh, then we'll keep going with this piece here and then we'll respond to what's actually going on Firearms first and then go to court. I Like taking the guns early, take the guns first, go through due processor he and I introduced another assault weapons bill. Know Diane you have some very good ideas Diane if you could add what you have also and I think you can into the bill. yeah, shower, you're ready.
See like what I hate about political ads is they are so out of context, right? And what's frustrating about them is, well, you actually have here is somebody doing their job in my opinion, like you're supposed to try to bring both sides together. So just take those out of context from when you're actually operating as a president. No matter what side you're on and you're trying to take that Unity out of context and and suggest, oh, Trump isn't Hardline enough? What you're really trying to do is you're trying to set up Ron Desantis's Mr Hardline and that's exactly what he's doing with some of his recent policies and we're going to go through some of those in just a moment. Let's keep listening this for me: Joe Can you do that? Pat Can you add if you help? well, no I'll help help. but what? Amy and what Diane have Can we add them in? We're talking about rules and regulations for purchasing. Talking about changing an age from 18 to 21 I mean I Say that it should all be a 21. you do a strong background checks. We're getting rid of the bump stocks Trump Cut and run like a coward Trump The Gun Grabber doesn't deserve a second chance.
All right. So there's a Trump the gun Grabber So so what is really being attempted or what's really happening here? So a lot of these clips are actually from 2019. After we've had some mass shootings in the summer of 2019, which obviously since then we've also had other mass shootings Trump was actually a proponent of gun curbs. These were real discussions.
Now they were edited and caught in such a way to make it seem like this is how Donald Trump stands today. But that's not true. Uh, Donald Trump Today actually is a big fan of ensuring gun rights for Americans and he's made that clear at recent events and press conferences and the National Rifle Association. But what's interesting is in 2019 Donald Trump made these claims that there was going to be a bipartisan gun control measure and what happened was from the summer to about November of 2019.
Right before the election, the Republican Party quietly moved to drop any reconciliation or any bipartisanship on gun control and any kind of gun control measures in Congress were lost. This is why we regularly have this frustration when there's a mass shooting and people are like, ah, you know, do something other than thoughts and prayers Congress This is what happens Congress A shooting happens Congress gets together with the president. We're going to do this this this this this then. all of a sudden, you know three four months go by and then you have the president look and go.
Hmm. Oh yeah. I got the 2020 election coming up. Let's uh, let's take that and table it for later and basically nothing ended up happening.
So while Donald Trump was able to do the popular thing then in 2019, which was talk about gun control, nothing actually ended up coming about them. Now just two days ago, Donald Trump did say that mass shootings were not a gun problem. Instead, Donald Trump called them a mental health problem with societal problem, a cultural problem, and a spiritual problem. To some extent.
he's not wrong. The problem with calling gun control or gun issues a mental health problem is that the solution is going to take a very long time. I Actually ran a campaign for Governor in California under the idea that we need to heavily invest in mental health and that is we need no six-month weights for homeless people to get mental health care. but we need an annual instead of physicals. annual mental health checkups. Well, maybe in addition to physicals, right? We don't want to say one or the other there. We need mental health education in schools. If we have PE why don't we have Emmy right? Big fan of this, but it would take decades for that mental health to actually start flowing through and solving some of those societal problems.
and really the depression that you're seeing amongst. Uh, basically Killers right? Mass Shooters These are these are depressive individuals who have some form of a problem. They could seem otherwise normal. but then all of a sudden snap.
and unfortunately, uh, mental health education. And and Care is going to take a long time to solve in America And it's likely that nothing's going to happen for quite a while. So in the meantime, you've got Donald Trump suggesting no, we're not going to touch your guns. But then what is Ron Desantis's approach? Well, Rhonda Santos Just signed into law on April 3rd basically constitutional Carry in Florida Now it basically you pretty much already had constitutional carry in Florida in practice, not really.
but you had to apply for a gun permit concealed carry license which you could get as easily as you could get a fishing license in Florida. It really wasn't hard. But essentially now you have constitutional carry where anyone can legally carry a gun without a permit if they're legally eligible for carrying that firearm. Now, this is where people are somewhat split.
see: Ron DeSantis says you should have no training and no background check requirements for concealed carry and starting July 1st that's exactly what you're going to get in Florida A lot of people including Republicans are saying this is a little too extreme that there should be training and background track requirements for concealed carry. Now some argue that is an infringement to the Second Amendment which says the Second Amendment shall not be infringed. But when we actually look at Supreme Court case law about shall not be infringed, we've already broken down that shall not be infringed has limitations. You have the right to bear arms subject to limitations.
You can't walk around with a bazooka or drive a tank down streets because there are limitations on the types of arms you can carry, where you can carry them, and what you can do. And so some extend those Supreme Court limitations and say hey, well look, if you're a felon, you shouldn't have a gun. And and just like in Florida, if you're a felon and you're not legally able to carry a gun, you're right to. The Second Amendment has actually been infringed, so there is a gray area there.
The Second Amendment isn't black and white the way it has been interpreted by the Supreme Court Today now people say, well, it should be and other people say no, it shouldn't be. That's fine. That's where the debate is now. What? I've seen a lot of people say who lean towards the middle and this is where I see a lot of Democrats and Republicans agree Actually is. Hey, why don't we? If people can't afford training or mental health evaluations or whatever, why doesn't the government subsidize that sort of training And if you can afford it, then submit to training and basically show that you get trained. You know, once a month, or once every six months or once a year. Kind of like you renew your license. If you're a financial advisor or a lender or a realtor, anybody's eligible to get a license.
As long as you're not a fraud, you know you haven't been convicted of felony fraud or whatever, you're eligible to get a license, get your license, right? So that's sort of what I'm finding more in the middle the more in the middle argument seems to be that there should be some form of training. And through that training, there can be mental health evaluations. And for those who can't afford it, there should be some kind of subsidies. Others say, hey, I shouldn't have to submit to anything.
But then again, this is where where we just go through the political Spectrum. The point is, Ron DeSantis has chosen constitutional Carry as the direction and that is more on the further right of the spectrum. And this is where folks are saying yeah. Ron DeSantis is potentially purposely trying to go more extreme with each of his latest policies because he's trying to get national attention.
he's trying to get national attention to help boost his campaign announcement, which eventually will come. However, because of this hard lining, Ron DeSantis is also potentially starting to lose some donors. For example, according to the Financial Times, a top Republican donor who is actually the founder of the Um The Brokerage interactive brokerage has decided that he and his friends or his associates whatever are going to pull back from further funding of Ron DeSantis and instead they're going to quote hold their powder Dry because they feel that Ron DeSantis has gone a little bit too extreme in some of his latest policies. Some of his other policies include the passing of a ban of abortions after six weeks of pregnancy.
Now, obviously, they're on one hand are a lot of individuals who say life begins at conception. Others say life begins at the heartbeat of a child. Problem is: the heartbeat of a child usually starts as early as five weeks, generally by about the sixth week after conception. And this is why Ron DeSantis signed a bill into law just on Thursday that bans abortion abortions after six weeks of pregnancy.
Now, this law is still going to be contingent on how the Florida Supreme Court evaluates challenges to the current 15-week ban on abortions. But uh, this six-week ban on abortions, depending on how that Supreme Court challenge goes, removes Florida's essential Safe Haven status of people wanting abortions people used to go to Florida for abortions. That might change Now with this new six-week rule. The problem with six weeks, say some on the left, Actually, many on the left is that first of all, it removes a woman's right to choose. We know that pro Life versus pro-choice That's the obvious one, but a more in the middle approach here is that individuals on the left say, hold on a second. What if a woman doesn't know they're pregnant yet The statistics show that one in five women discover they're pregnant after seven weeks have passed. That means 20 percent of women discover they're pregnant after they would be able to abort if they were in a situation to or or or needed to. Studies have also shown that women who are a single and end up pregnant whether it's on accident or however, Gonda breaks contraceptives don't work.
Whatever. Single women who end up having a child in their youth or as a single person when they were denied the right to abortion 20 to 30 years later were found to have lower Financial standards or in other words, lower net worth in the future and lower credit scores in the future. So there are arguments that are made that suggest, hey, a woman who is denied the right to choose early in her pregnancy ends up substantially worse off in their own livelihoods or career. If they're denied an abortion.
and if abortions aren't eligible for individuals past six weeks, but people don't discover that they're pregnant until past six weeks, then you potentially run into the freedom of choice question. that is, does somebody have the right to have potentially their future affected by a pregnancy Now of course, if they didn't even know they were pregnant now, of course others say, well, fine, They don't have sex or be better about your contraceptives, right? So you're really in a blurry area here. but the statistics are really clear: The twenty percent of women don't know they're pregnant until after seven weeks. And here's where it gets worse: Younger women really get screwed here: Women under 20 years old.
So between 15 and 19? Listen to this: Two-thirds of them discover that they're pregnant after six weeks, and only one third discover they're pregnant before six weeks. That's a problem, because now it potentially disproportionately affects younger women's ability to choose where it actually even more disproportionately affects their future. Now some argue, hey, this is why we need more sex education in schools, but then again, sexual education in schools is even more divisive right now because of what's happening around the trans Community uh and potential the the potential argument that, well, any kind of sex education is potentially grooming children into the options that they may have to choose from once they're 18 or older. Well, in some states now are even authorizing potential gender affirming treatments for children under 18 without their parents' knowledge. So as usual, politics is a giant poop show and nobody he's ever going to be able to get the right answer on any of this. But the point is, once again, if there's the middle and there's the left, Ron DeSantis is leaning more towards the right here as a way to elevate his National candidacy right, leaning more towards the right on guns and leading more towards the right on traditional conservative values such as essentially Banning abortions at Uh in past six weeks. So that's the second. Now there's a third thing.
The Ron DeSantis has now challenged the Florida Supreme Court to allow the death penalty and substantially more cases to hold people accountable for their crimes. Now many more people seem to agree with this because of frustration that came out of the Parkland shooting where the jury ended up deciding that the perpetrator Mr Cruz ended up getting a life sentence instead of being put to death. This is something that is angered lot of Americans and has led Ron DeSantis to call for the reimposition essentially of more death penalty A result for crimes including raping a child that is, State legislators will soon allow the death penalty to be eligible for those convicted of raping a child. This is, despite the United States Supreme Court in 2008 finding that it would be cruel and unusual to Institute the death penalty for rape cases.
Then we get to Disney with Ron DeSantis. Of course we know at this point that Disney outplayed Ron DeSantis which Ron DeSantis is very upset about. but rather than and this is what frustrates a lot of people. What it? Well, I shouldn't say a lot of people.
This frustrates some people when it comes to Ron DeSantis Rather than clarifying Ron Desantis's stance on economics, education, immigration, jobs or Ukraine Ron DeSantis is potentially going to double down on his fight with Disney Disney outplayed Ron DeSantis Disney said hey, we shouldn't pass the don't Say Gay bill which basically bans references and discussions around gay before the third grade, which quite frankly I've got children in first and first grade and about to go into kindergarten and we don't need to have those discussions at those ages. So I agree personally that there's definitely an age where certain discussions shouldn't occur, but there is an age where we have to start talking to children like basically mature children and take you know, put our pants on and actually teach them how to live in the society that we're in today. But anyway. Disney took the stance that hey, we should not have it.
don't say gay Bill We should instead honor the Lgbtq community which was very anti. The don't say Gay Bill Disney is now potentially some are saying trying to rub in the face of Ron DeSantis their victory over Rhonda Santis because Ron DeSantis replace the board of Reedy Creek that controls the Orlando District in which Disney operates. However, Disney basically stripped that board of all its powers publicly just days before that board was going to get its powers for the next up to 30 years. and so now DeSantis is frustrating. Bob Iger this is a new well recurring CEO Remember Bob Iger left then we got Bob J Pack Bob Jacob pack left Bob Igar came back now Bob Iger says hey, I'm open to talking to DeSantis In the meantime, we're going to have our first Lgbtq celebration at Disney and we're gonna have you know. basically a Rainbow Magic Kingdom which is fantastic. I'm all for cheering people and adults choices. I'm a big fan of that I Have nothing against that.
but what's interesting is while Bob Iger is introducing these celebrations and suggesting he's open to talking to Ron DeSantis There's argument. There are arguments being made and reports being made that Ron DeSantis today and over the next few days and weeks is going to send in investigators and building permit enthusiasts or building permanent inspectors and others to investigate Disney to basically try to tighten the bolts on Disney even more and continue this war against Disney and again, this is leading a lot of people to wonder. hey, we thought Ron DeSantis was potentially going to be a moderate Republican candidate When the reality is what we're getting is, we're getting a candidate who's super far on the right when it comes to guns, further on the right when it comes to abortions although not all the way right because otherwise you'd be at no abortions at all which we've seen Some states do uh, you have uh, this this uh um, death penalty case which is more conservative and then you have this argument or however is also agreed upon with many people on the left and then you have sort of this reactivation of this Disney dispute so a lot of people are scratching their heads going man the santis like we know you're gonna run for president but potentially you're starting to alienate more people and instead of talking about real National issues, you're picking fights. Maybe where you shouldn't be picking fights.
especially continuing these fights with Disney Now In Fairness to people who say no no Ron DeSantis is doing the right thing I Want to cover that as well Most Americans don't want corporations involved in, well, our social issues. The fact of the matter is only about one-third of Americans actually want corporations discussing or having an opinion or say in social issues. That is two-thirds of Americans say get the hell out of social issues when it comes to corporations. So most people are not a big fan or most Americans at least are not a big fan of Corporations getting involved in social issues.
So you have a lot of people on both sides here for when it comes to Ron DeSantis Now look I tried to cover Ron DeSantis here as clearly as possible. Now I'm going to give you my opinion and I always try to separate what I'm presenting from my opinions. So I'm going to give my opinions here I think that Rhonda Initially I've held this belief that Ron DeSantis could potentially be a good option for republicans and I want to see him on the debate stage I want to see him have the opportunity to make his case as to why he should be a leading candidate, potentially for president of the United States I Have to say I'm frustrated by the continued chase after Disney when we have substantially larger issues to worry about I'm a much bigger fan of focusing on education which I will give Rhonda Santa's credit for. Rhonda Santa says signed a bill into law forcing Financial education in high schools as a condition of graduation. That's something that I ran on for governor in California three years ago or two years ago. So I'm a big fan of that and so I'm grateful for that. But I want to see more of that more on the economy education jobs. Ukraine China the dollar oil the Middle East more of that and less of the petty back and forth with Disney Now some of the items such as uh, Gun Rights I I think I've kind of already included some of my opinions on that I Personally am a big fan of some kind of training requirements.
That's what I ran for government governor on in California That hey, everybody should be able to legally own and carry a firearm. There should be some kind of regular training programs for those folks. kind of just like when you have a regular. You know once a year checkup that you're still okay to be a licensed lender or licensed financial advisor or whatever you have a license for.
And if you can't afford it, there should be subsidies for that, right? And in those instances, there could be opportunities to evaluate somebody's mental state as well because you have trainers who are then able to to essentially check in with people, along with of course, investing in mental education, mental health education. So I'm a big fan of the Second Amendment just like I'm a big fan of people becoming White Collar professionals or CPAs or licensed financial advisors like you should be able to do that. Big fan of that California I Think is absolutely ludicrous in that California will suggest. oh yeah, we'll let you carry a gun everywhere except libraries, schools, post offices, stores, parties, public events, other people's In other words, you could have a gun, but you can't have a gun.
It's like California is broken. Okay, I'm not here to defend California's super broken. but when it comes to my opinion of DeSantis I'm a big fan of encouraging Hey, if he could be more of that moderate Republican even though he's not going to get at the extreme headlines: I think more Americans are likely to associate with DeSantis then be fed up with DeSantis and I Think this walk away from the founder of Interactive Brokers as a donor along with his community as donors of Ron DeSantis is really the result result of some of the extreme pushing that Ron DeSantis has been up to, some of it going potentially a little too far and away from the real issues facing our nation. Whether it's the debt, the dollar, the Middle East or otherwise we'll see, but some of the ads that we're seeing, we always have to break apart, look at, and say, look, the ads are ridiculous I think I don't think you could really compare to Santis and Donald Trump on guns and say they're really that terribly different. Some people argue that well DeSantis gave us the right to bear arms Yes, but DeSantis is also a governor with control of the state legislature. Donald Trump was not right. He always had to deal with this bipartisanship. uh with the exception of the first two years of his administration.
But even within that, you still had a narrow majority of Republicans And it's a lot harder to have some kind of blanket reform like that on the national level compared to the state level. so it'll be fascinating to see what happens. But these are some of my thoughts on DeSantis and hopefully catches you up to speed on some the latest of what's going on with the scientists. Hopefully going forward, we get a little bit more refined discussions on Uh National issues rather than this kind of nonsense back and forth.
Uh between Donald Trump and DeSantis and the Republicans I mean here for example, as Donald Trump on Truth Social nobody has been stronger for the Second Amendment than president Donald J Trump And yet Ron Des Sanctus Took an advertisement this weekend saying of all things uh I was in agreement with crazy Nancy and Chuck Schumer not. And then of course Donald Trump defends this which we've of course already broken down that a lot of this was from 2019. so we'll pay attention to it. Uh, but I I Am worried that if Ron DeSantis just for the sake of having other candidate options, you know I I I don't To me, it doesn't really matter who runs Uh I just want the best option for America.
But I think the more Ron DeSantis potentially goes in One Direction the further extreme, the more he's going to lose that really critical independent voter. and that independent voter might actually end up finding Donald Trump Dare I say more neutral than DeSantis Now that's crazy to think about, but it's actually kind of what happened in California as well when Larry Elder ran for governor in California as a a right or Conservative candidate Democrats painted Larry Elder as to the right of Trump in other words, more extreme than Trump and that was a really easy way to even get independence to vote against Larry Elder. So in other words, the more extreme you go on the right in my opinion, the more likely you're just signing up for a Democrat again. Now maybe that's not a bad thing. I Don't know that ultimately is up to America to decide. I'm not convinced that another four years of Joe Biden is the best option for America I Wish the Democrats would put forward some other reasonable Alternatives, but the odds are now that Joe Biden has announced is going to run and he's going to start campaigning again for his re-election. It's very unlikely that any other Democrat is going to come out and actually run to compete against Joe Biden because that's just the way the Democratic party is. They stand behind one candidate and that's it.
So it's going to end up being Biden verse Trump DeSantis Nikki Haley and potentially some other announcements. We'll see what ends up happening like you've got Vivek uh, you know, our billionaire friend, so we'll see what ends up happening. But uh, that's my take. Hopefully that was a relatively, uh, neutral take.
These are obviously very divisive topics to be talking about. Abortion guns? Don't say gay? Uh. Lgbtq rights? Trans rights. These are very difficult things to talk about if you want my opinion on Trance.
since we didn't really talk too much about it on this one. Make sure you type into YouTube Meet Kevin Trans and then you'll see some of my opinions on.
Has much money is this fight costing Disney shareholders? The government has very very deep pockets. BTW, what do you think of Kennedy Jr? He makes some good points.
Big problems. Though one.
DeSantis is a great option. The Florida bill never says the word "Gay". You keep saying the "don't say gay" and thats not an accurate description at all. If 99.9999% of moms with kids is in school read the bill they would absolutely agree with it.
@meetkevin I like you way better when you stick to finance. Holy spit man.
Trump clip 😂
I just don’t see how the death penalty is a more severe punishment then life in prison.
Been saying it for a year…Desantis is our guy. If Trump doesn't go away, the vote will be divided like in 92…and we will have a rigged election. Like in 92.
I don't see how standing for what were core conservative values 10-20 years ago makes De Santis an "extremist".
Maybe we should all learn from him and not give an inch to lunatics from the left.
Joe Biden is a hard line politician? 😂
regardless of candidates, republicans are very united in being racist, tansphobic, homophobic, fascist white supremacy, and defend a system of poverty traps literally saying if you are poor you must just be stupid or lazy.
gonna be hard for them to win if they dont budge on these insane beliefs
People don’t like the way Trump talks, but at least we understand his speech, half dead Joe is horrible, they hide lie and distort press conferences and information. Very huge double standard
The louder and extreme DeSantis becomes he will be unelectable
There’s a lot of people who don’t like Trump, who has a proven track record, the only person who can make US strong especially in these crazy times and that was with Dems, his own party and FBI against him.
1 tequila shot per "ron desantis" mention
Desantis said he was gonna fight for gun rights since the begining. He said he was going to do constitutional carry over a year ago. He isn’t being “extreme” are you stupid? You think guaranteeing our rights is extreme? You think saving unborn children is extreme? Not letting drag queens sexualize our children extreme? If those are extreme then maybe it’s society that’s extreme.
Love Ron desantis so much, everything he is doing is what our country needs
Bro I didn’t see the video, but as far as I know Trump knows Geopolitics better than anybody in the presidential run not DeSantis. The strength of dollar relies on foreign policy. Don’t shoot on foot yourself. Also it is not Republicans want DeSantis but Democrat establishment wants it badly so that they can blame Republicans for the demise of USA and Dollar. Anyway it’s your country do what you want to do
Here's the problem with Trump….. his mouth. As a centrist I would be prepared to vote for him if he was a better politician, but I cannot bring myself to vote for someone who speaks the way he does, disparages people, and lies. His policies? On the whole they were ok, with exceptions.
Abortion is murder and it should be abolished
I like Ron… he likes crypto! Dem’s are disgusting… they take everyone’s money… why don’t people get that… duh!
They want to cut social programs all the time but in the same breath want to force ppl who for whatever reason aren't ready to have babies to have them I'd imagine a big reason for considering abortion is the mother or cpl knowing they can't financially support a baby so in turn that mother will need foodstuffs, wic, medicare, section 8, financial help with day care, etc .. plus I'm sure unwanted babies in many cases will be more likely to experience abuse and neglect
I feel like there's a way bigger percentage of Americans that just want common sense gun laws to make sure unstable people aren't getting their hands on weapons that can spray a mass amount of bullets in a few seconds. I can't wrap my head around why the other percent wouldn't think that makes sense. Ppl do kill ppl but are the ppl who don't want stricter laws telling me that idk let's say the Vegas shooter, could of mowed down that many ppl with a few pistols ? Shotgun? Knives? Def not if you say he could have your lying to yourself
This probaly sounds dumb but when I read or watch videos about politics lately all I think about is the movie " In Time" I was younger when it was released but now I fully understand the message of the movie and its seems 💯 accurate of our current times.
Trumps didn't have both congress or big margins Neither does Biden. Need to be consistent
