Question for you. Where are the voices and attorney's of the pension funds that are stuck with synthetics? They have hundreds of lawyers and plenty of money. Why are they silent on getting stuck with phantom shares?
It would also cause more of the fraudulent broker selling fake shares to show their light. If the ACME broker has been issuing fakes then they would have to issue another round of fakes for their first level fakes! That compounding would become pretty significant when they would have to double down of the interest costs for borrowing more!

My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless
Read, read & read more on any stock interested in. Then, I buy them. I hold. I do nothing but check my stock daily also set price alerts. If I buy a stock at 12.00 per share & it drops I simply hold & wait. When my stock goes up and I’ve made my $ back…I’d sell & even rebuy. Remember, you only “lose money” if you sell in the red eg negative or the stock is delisted. Patience & really taking the time to research the stock are crucial. Side note…many, many people are losing money right now, just wait aka hold. Stocks are not a GRQ scheme…patience is key.

The greater full theory I learned watching going back to the baby boomers baby boomers were only 16 to 21 years old when television came out true TV where everyone even the presents could afford to television the greater full theory seems to run rampant in the retail investor community. And the greater full series says that they think by phone mowing into one asset or a handful of assets they will have life changing mouth overnight. Retail investors actually have the lowest amount of privileges and the markets why the United States was built on corporations in fact the United States is a bankrupt corporation this is why the United States when you structure a corporation they treat you as one of their own you get wonderful tax breaks to the point you don't pay taxes the uneducated pay taxes because you are a corporation and you don't earn money anymore money happens to fall into your lap because you built something and you're smart enough borrow against your salary let's say you have a million dollar company does a million dollars in sales and you have $100,000 profit well or make it more realistic you're getting $300,000 in profit well you can borrow a hundred things in theory use the business to pay off the loan as a business expense and because it's a business expense you don't get tax for it and if you use 100K to pay yourself if structurally you don't pay taxes cuz it's debt. No income tax no FICA taxes. Now I would only do this if I had a million dollar company and a 300K profit that way I have my 100K borrow against that's tied up I could use 100K to pay off that loan and I have 100 cans of cushion I'm just thinking like how the rich think. The reason I'm saying $10,000 for my Amazon store is because it cost $5,000 for everything while I want and cushion because a businessman told me you're supposed to have two times the amount so if it costs $5,000 to company you need to have 5,000 in reserve sorry I got to come up with that kind of money. My Amazon mentor is ridiculously expensive it's three almost $3,000 and he teaches 60 people at a time so 60 * $3,000 is a lot of money but it does have clients now there's a problem going on and guru land is you have people selling you a bunch of b***** because these con artists are like if I can get a thousand suckers and I charge them $1,000 I just made a stupid amount of money this is why it's hard
