Summer 2006 was the peak of the housing market and 2007 was the start of the recession. I started my real estate career in 2007 and it was an amazing time.

You may not have noticed inflation in years past, But 8%+ inflation over the past year should've taught you that the cost of living increases every year (home prices, rent, groceries, plane tickets, home repairs, etc.) Only way to beat inflation is by investing your money

Inverted yield curve is always a good indicator of recession but you should be looking at the 10-2 not 10-3 curve. It also have to stay inverted for a few months to accurately show we are in a recession.
