Here we are with everything happening in the world. And my question for you is is what are you doing to work on this side. And this side your head heart your head your heart your head your heart. So many people right now are so stuck in their head.
I say maybe just maybe this week. Find some time to fill your heart is that family is that friends is that taking a day off is it just. Ah reminding yourself you have so much to be grateful for it's not looking at the news. It's not looking at the worries.
It's reminding yourself you have so much to be grateful for what could you do today to reach out to someone and say i love you i appreciate you i'm grateful for you who do you need to call to just say. Those words who do you need to text or shoot a video to or get together with over lunch this week just to remind yourself of all the beautiful people in your life. How much you appreciate them and how much they appreciate you take action on this this week. And let me know what happens i want to see it in the comments you.
Awesome video Tom! I absolutely agree with you, I think we all should spend more time with family and friends as well learning how to meditation, say affirmations, and express more gratitude.

Great video Tom, thank you! Ascension is our ability to walk in 'love' with your closest enemy. Cannot go into details but I work for and am building the business of someone I considered my enemy. He is now precious to me. Take that leap of faith brothers and sisters; the end definitely justifies the means (it's painful!). I walked into this business relationship with one mindset and am now completely changed.

Normally I stay on the road for 3 months then stay a month in Brazil where I spend some time helping kids in the favelas & visiting friends. When you travel outside the 🇺🇸, it's easy to be grateful for what you have here. People in Brazil have a seriously corrupt govt, crazy high supermarket prices, lots of crime in many places. However the happiness they have for life is a beautiful thing. Overall, such friendly people.
This time I'm on the road for 6 months b4 taking off due to high diesel prices. What keeps me content in the truck is gratitude. Knowing that I'll be able to help a lot of people when I return to Brazil in September (been on the road in the truck since March 10th) keeps me 😊
