So would you buy a property if you knew that there was a squatter in it? We bought this property back in february of this year and we are just now getting started on the renovation, and this story is absolutely insane. It all started with a fight over a pokemon card, well hear this out, so we ended up finding out that this squadron ended up making a fake lease agreement. He ended up forging a signature which we then had to take him to court and sue him. Two weeks later hear what happened: he refused to leave the property after the two weeks, which required us to bring four deputies over and forcefully remove him from the property they kicked down.

The door arrested him on the spot. So was it worth it? I would say absolutely: yes: we are set out to make over 100 000 on this property. So for me definitely a yes - and this was definitely one of the biggest challenges that we experience on the real estate side of things and we're excited to finally start renovations.
