Ben i'm 14 and i'm starting to invest. Do you got any advice for me whatever you can do to make money? Do it you want to invest? You can't buy real estate right now, you're gon na need it. Well, you know what you can do is you? Can and then i just confirmed like uh, i think morgan stanley schwab does this uh custodial roth iras. So that way you can essentially contribute like your parents could pay you money as like a salary or something like that.
You can pay the nominal taxes on that. As a 14 year old then take that money that, after tax money put it into a roth now at 14, you start growing that every year, like five grand or whatever the limit, is you grow that tax-free? Whatever you make on that money, you grow at tax-free. So custodial roth, you know, even if you throw it into a basket of index funds or whatever great but yeah gain knowledge, especially get ready to buy real estate. If you can buy a home when you go into college you're 18, you buy a home when you go into college and then rent out to the rooms and house hack it what a great way to start.
If you're 14, you think about investment you're on the right track, really suck away every time you get your hands on.

I opened a Schwab custodial for my son a few years ago. It transferred over to him on his 18th birthday. It is a great way to get a portfolio started early!
