What a bloodbath! What's going on team, it's ricky with tech, bud solutions! Remy wanted me to explain to you guys, while we're here in hawaii, why the market sold off today and why the market even decided to skyrocket. Yesterday i did and i'm so grateful that i made the video that i did yesterday afternoon. As soon as i landed, i talked about locking in profits that yo like yesterday was an amazing day. I made forty two thousand 000 on the day.

It's not my average day, i'm not going to pretend like it is, but one of the things that we always try to preach is on my green days. I prepare for my red days and on my red days i prepare for my green days, i'm not here to sugarcoat things when i woke up this morning. First off i found out in hawaii time. I thought it was 4 30 that the market opened.

No, it's 3 30, so apologize for that, but i woke up to the market being down 11 or 12 percent. I i blinked like three times thinking like there's no way, there's no way, but i wanted to show you guys down 26 000 on the day again. Um, this is something that i put myself in a position right. I decided to hold 4 000 shares overnight.

It's about 168 000. I shared with that uh shared that with you guys yesterday. So therefore, i had over 400 000 i locked in profit on most of my position, i had like nearly 12 000 shares. I locked in profits on most of my position very grateful that i did for for like moments like this right.

It's not on my green days that i want to be defined as a trader. It's how i carry myself on my red days. Although the market did tank. This is why we talk about position size.

I can't stress it enough. You can talk about it, but if you don't follow through with proper execution, it means nothing. I decided, and i wanted to show you as you guys could see i own a little bit more than just 4 000 shares. Now i own 13 000 shares.

I would not recommend this for anybody. That's just getting started. I do not expect tqqq or the nasdaq market to recover anytime soon. I don't expect it to.

I don't need it to i'm, okay with the time that it will take for the market to recover, but the same reason that it shot up yesterday was the same reason that it dropped today. One of the main reasons that we saw the market react. The way that it did yesterday was because of what jerome powell said after the interest rate hike that he is not expecting to raise anything more than half of a percentage point. That was a a big concern for a lot of people markets shut up, but today what we factored in is what actually happened, but we still raised interest rates, half of a percentage point and that's something that hasn't been done in 20 years and rightfully so yeah.

The market should have sold off and if you actually think about it, the market went up about 11, 10 or 11 yesterday today it pulled back 14. So if anything, it's really just a difference of about two to three percent, so it almost right would have made more sense for the market not to shoot up. I'm very grateful that it did, because i locked in profits but based off of the difference. It's i mean: let's look at the five minute time frame.

I still think yesterday's lows are lower than we were before. Uh no 36.53 and today was 35 40.. I decided to buy more and i'll show you guys my buy orders. I did not buy lightly, as you guys can see.

Um, and these are my sell orders from yesterday thousand twenty seven hundred and then all of my buy orders today, and that was at around thirty five dollars a share. Uh 35. 80 35.90. My average purchase price was not perfect and, as you guys could see, direction as of right now is still not in our favor.

It's a risk that i'm willing to take. Not only am i taking advantage of the dip by opportunity on tqq, but i'm also deciding to take advantage of this time and this moment and buy stocks like tesla, amazon and apple. That's a decision that i am choosing to make. I know that i, i cannot expect these stocks to recover right now and that's kind of the question that i want to leave you guys with it's, knowing that the market can still sell off.

Are you someone that is okay with investing at the current price levels? If you're someone that cannot tolerate red days, then i would highly encourage you to stay patient if you're, someone that doesn't have intention to make money anytime soon and you're in it for the long haul, then again, maybe it's a conversation that you can begin to have With yourself just wanted to update you guys again, i'm on a family trip right now, uh in hawaii.
