Hey guys, how you doing jack kellogg here want to share a tip of the day, and that is get some fresh air every day, we're on our computer. For the majority of the day, trading researching uh reviewing tracking data, whatever it is, and if you just sit there on your computer all day like a lump on a log you're going to be stiff. And it's going to lead to. You know a lot of health issues and it's not good for the mental health at all.

So my tip of the day is to get outside, go for a walk, go for a drive, you know, go out, get some lunch and just make sure you're detaching from the screens, especially on a friday after a really hot week in the market hope everyone has A good weekend - and i will catch you guys later -.
