We're seeing many small cap penny stock pumps the last week. But none of them really stayed and these stocks were sold off due to many ATM offerings that ruined the sentiment. Stocks like$SGBX $BLPH $BMRA $EYEG $VVUS were some examples.
Large cap stocks continued to stay weak after the short lived bounce from last week. Travel stocks like $AAL $RCL $CCL $BA continued to be volatile and provided us day traders lots of range both to upside and downside.

Had a really nice start to the Monday, the overall market condition was a little bit undecisive, so a little bit choppy, but those Stephanie's two opportunities. If you were patient so most of the movers I traded today were in the smoke apps. So apt was a watch. Gapped up overnight, you know on the back side now, so all the gap ups are most likely gon na be sold in two, and that's why I was short, biased on the stock, so started scaling in shorts after the top has formed covering some and then adding Some more trying to be patient and letting it work seeing that, if we're gon na break down this key level around thirteen thirteen dollars and thirty cents, and once we do I was covering into here with a short side, you guys know.

I almost always cover too soon, but most of the time you know it's fully better. So I covered everything here, I'll try to reassure it, and this way I realize you know, like I'm already trading a midday chop, the volume is dropping and I just covered after we reclaim the coop and literally once I cover the stock flushes down back down to Twelve 80s, so why starts giving back profits? That's all! I know I need to leave the stock alone, so I stopped trading this, but a decent, small-sized shorts on this one, so PL pH. I started skilling in some short small size. Again, it's pre market.

You have to watch your size and add it into this push why? Because 1970s daily level around this time? So if you look at the intraday level on this day, there's a huge resistance around twenty nineteen eighties. When this twenty dollar range area - and yes, we did pop up to twenty one dollars, but that's a really short term low volume pop, because it's a no floats right and once we reject really hard. That's why I started scaling in even bigger and adding in back to full size and covering on the flushes and flushes and guess what we have a mid day offering, and I was lucky enough to still have some shorts after we hold them. We popped a little bit back to fifteen high 15.

That's where I added back even bigger shorts, covering everything here and in hindsight I wish I was no patient enough to hold to a previous day closed area, nice extra dollar here, but now overall, I was really happy with a short, no no headaches. I only added in bigger once we sit in the top, so this is, unlike my Co, TX huge loss on the short side, so this one I only added in bigger after we proved that we cannot hold near the highs and there's a lot of selling pressure Early on and once it stays heavy you know you can you have a very comfortable risk to risk out of and adding in bigger with the confirmation and covering on the way down. So those are the decent smoke cap names on the day, the others a few other larger cap trades RCL for this one for me, was just a scalp. You know the typical V walk, reclaim long setup, which you talked about before you in my V.

Video so feel free to check that out, but this one is like a textbook norm for me and you know, didn't sell at the top, but for this one, because we've been down trending and what technically red on the day. So, for me the long was a scalp, so cuz we're still under the pre-market highs, were still read on a day. So for me you know a decent, 50. 60 cents was enough on the long side.
For me, hey al, exactly the same set out. You can see we reclaimed. The walk was still also on red on the day, but these names, when they squeeze they, can give us like a nice, 50 40 cents pop for this one that loaned 1250s add in a little bit bigger and sold into 12 70s. So in our day, with a lot of pre market Gabor's with a smoke caps, taking advantage of the coronavirus press releases but we'll see a lot of reasons, ATM offerings and that's kind of killing in sentiment.

The wine yesterday was 8's gbx and that one just kind of gapped down overnight because of the ATM offering so I have our X already - was selling off primo. Okay, you can see the rung up from four dollars all the way to nine dollars after hours and this morning, just kind of started selling off, and I want to join a trend. That's why I started in some small and then added a little bit more before the open and added in bigger to full size after we pushed at the morning towards $ 7.00 level and once it starts selling, the selling was really heavy around $ 7 area, and That's where I add in bigger and covering some into the flush and some more over here around five 80s and add in online retail, some V WAP and covered some stopped out of the rest. Here after it looks like it, was starting to reclaim B WAP and trying to make a second attempt to push towards high 6s and $ 7, and then once I reject your started, scaling back in short and covering over right here and then that's why I went On break and has some small orders out around $ 6 to in mid day that got hit just very small size short again, because remember once we break down this 620 area on the daily chart, you can see 620 right here once we broke down that level.

It's extremely difficult for the stock to reclaim and then squeeze back to the heist. Why? Because of all the Long's are stuck up here? If you look at this ugly daily charge, you can see this huge gap down from $ 35 down here they did a couple. Reverse splits, so it was never this high of a price, but let's just show you that this is a delusion chart, a lot of offerings, a lot of gap, downs and lots of back holders in place, and that's why I was show biased on the stock. The other play that actually lost on is X.

This one, you know not the best entries you can see so yeah, so it took the loss on that one. I started aiming once it started pushing. I wanted to add, because I'm has upside to retest 758 dollars, but you can see a literary pot at the top, so this one was a loss for me and once I'm Rama, just couldn't you know no excuses. Does it matter if my thesis of a push above $ 7 was wrong thing I want to get out and that's trade on the day I wasn't on a short trade, so markets really favoring shorts right now, both on a large cap and smoke.
A penny stocks are CL. This was selling off near the end of the day, because the entire travel sector and really the entire market was pulling but cruise-line stock. This sector was hit especially hard and that's why I showed in the breakdown of 27 50s once I shorted see this key level right here once that breaks down there's a lot of downside, so I showed it covering some and covering some more, and so it's a Nice and alert a short from 27 30s down to $ 26. I didn't have a huge size on this because it kind of felt like I was chasing up here, so I was leaving a lot of more size to add if it pops and retest V WAP, but it was extremely heavy.

So I just kind of liked it. Let it work and it worked out pretty well down to 26 dollars short. So today's the day I put on my shorts hat, and that was really taking advantage of the short opportunities a lot a lot of these overnight gap labs on these small company stocks apt. So the first one is apt and you can see I started already pre market.

This is one that was really hot during the coronavirus run at the end of February, but you can see well on the backside of the daily charts here. So what do you think? It's gon na happen on every single gap. Ups gaps up towards this $ 20 level. All the bag holders are probably gon na want to get out right and especially when was gapping up really thin.

So, that's why I scaled aim short pre-market 1820s, but giving me lots of room to add if we do pop up towards 1980s a little bit higher, but starting small size, pre market covering some and covered some more on this flush. And this is where I realized the stock is extremely weak. It already went red on the day, pre market. So that's why I was starting to shorten the pops again right here added as you can see, and then I added right here and at the open, which is flush not where I covered most of it and there's a way.

I you know made the mistake of you know I was tricked I'm not gon na lie like I thought I was gon na get cute and flipped long and see if we can pop two words the previous state close and actually lost on the long side. As you can see, I cut out here seeing that there was a lot of selling in the $ 17.00 area, a lot of resistance, a lot of, like I said earlier, all the people who were trapped up there and on a daily trying to get out. So I took the lost hunger, I'm on the long side and I missed this entire last year. So that's mistake on my part.

We said going long. This would have been the place for me to add even bigger again after covering pre-market, but then I caught you know like at 20 cents short of here just because it was really saying was kind of grinding out ocean. I wasn't really that convicted of the of the short thesis, but in hindsight you know hindsight's 20/20. It would have worked out really well, even with a small size.
1780 shorts could have covered down here 1580s, but I already went back and made a mistake here. So that's why I was trying to be very cautious here. I'm apt, the second trade on the day is p.m. RA.

This one, I feel, like I trade a lot better than apt, even though I didn't catch the entire move here same idea. Really, you know. Bag holder daily chart no float a former runner who saw the insured's pre-market covered something just to pay myself and add it in back to full size after this, in the show pop towards $ 9 and what's $ 9 rejects. That's why I call in the bigger size and cover into the flush, and we added on the retest, to V WAP and covering into the flush here and I was about in hindsight.

It would have been nice to not write it down another dollar or more. But I was all out by the low eights just because the volume was really low. You know I didn't want to get caught in any grind here. So that's why I scaled out here, but I was really happy about my starter here and then add in full size and nine dollars and covering here so essentially made about at all a little bit more than a dollar share.

But I went back couple times. The last short trade on the day was Lake. This one was near the end of the thing I didn't do that well, just because I preferred to trade in the morning, and I didn't catch any of the move in the morning because I was focused on apt, but essentially it's the same idea right. I'm just shooting the the retest of the highest.

You can see. We actually popped towards 1830s. I didn't get to add, because I was leaving more bullets up here around 1850s. I also it's in the afternoon, so I don't want to get too big, so I showed it here covering some here.

Some coming some here on the flush towards fee. We added some back towards this red to green area and after this continues hold for an extended amount of time. I kind of lost my patience and just covered it. Everything here and you can see we had a nice flush to words the slow sixteenth.

After you know, I got out this afternoon short, so I'm really cautious on my size really small size. Again, I make most of my money in the opening one to two hours, so why go back to trade in afternoon? It's almost always small size. Only, but today is definitely the day where put my shorts hat and did pretty well on the short side on these penny stocks. Hey guys thanks for watching.

Dear Miss Wants a Lambo. I enjoyed yur vids. Here's a huge tip. The Norway oil minister said on Monday that she will probably cut oil production if Russia and Saudi Arabia agree at their Thursday meeting to production cuts. Dozens of countries will be at the Thursday meeting as well. Before the North American stock markets close on Thursday, this possible agreement will be like nitro for everyone in the oil industry and related fields. Wear yur seatbelts, it's going to be a wild ride, especially when May hits and the Covid has dissipated enough to give positive thoughts. Trump was right, just after mid April and after Passover, things will start look great. Thanks for posting from Mark in Toronto.

I need to replace my laptop and was wondering what kind of computer you use. Most of the laptops I see do not support as many monitors as you seem to have. My downstairs office has a water cooled home build that supports 3 monitors with solid state drives. My upstairs laptop is 10 years old and won't support an upgrade to Windows 10 so a new one is in order. Any advice on an upgrade would be appreciated.

Love the content 🙂 I had a few questions for you, if you have time.

    1. Are you trading on a 1min chart?

    2. When you are watching the candles develop, what are you watching to see trend reversals after taking a position (long or short) e.g. long upward/downward wicks, weak retests of prev. resistance/support?

    3. When you see a rally after a large % drop and are shorting, where are you looking to cover, are you waiting to see how the rally reacts to a prev. resistance or do you let go of your shorts after a certain number of flat candles? If the stock fails to break the resistance, when are you adding?

    4. If you don't see the upward/downward movement you were hoping for, how many candles on average before you close your position or are you waiting for the price to break away from you first? Example, 1min chart, you see a resistance break, you buy in, stock reverses, how quickly are you covering e.g. multiple red candles, price range, red candles closing at their low?

    5. How long does it take you to switch between shorting and going long on the same stock? Are you dialed in only to short/buy that stock or are you switching back and forth? Does the context switch effect you?

Thanks for the great content and hope you have a solid Monday and week!
