We're seeing many small cap penny stock pumps the last week. A few low float penny stocks that surprised the short sellers were $CREX $CAPR $UAVS. Unfortunately I got short squeezed on the front side trading $CAPR frontside as well. But I saved a lot of mental energy and re-traded that stock again the next time.
Large cap stocks had some nice gap ups from the earnings such as $AMZN $FB $TSLA etc. Trading earnings had been fun this past week as well with $AMD $OSTK $AMZN.

So we started a Monday with a crazy low float mover white een. This is a stock that we've traded in the past before I'm the mo float former runner, it's still a piece of company, but you know if the momentum is strong to the upside. There are long opportunities. Did I catch the entire move, all the way to the $ 9.00? No, I was along here along here and sold into you know $ 7, just because it's a sketchy penny stock.

It's kind of hard to long. This kind of crap, especially when I took a small loss already pre market free market. I was thinking we're gon na get immediate follow-through, didn't work, just have to cut it and pre market size is always small, and that gives me the the headspace to know reenter. It long make sure on when we start holding six 80s area once it breaks out and retesting the highs.

That's what I start getting interested in shorting. This stock should have some here $ 8.00. When we didn't flush, I was looking for immediate flush down to seventh 40s, when we did get that. I just want to make sure I get out, so you know covered for tiny-tiny, 20 cents and good thing.

I did because it ripped all the way to $ 90 nine dollars if you look at the daily chart, lots of wicks in this $ 9.00 area and in the same as upside to nine 60s and then $ 10, and that's why up here in this area? That's where I'm interested, in short, sure, there's some here. Eight 80s add info size $ 9 ones and rechecks cover some here and cover some more here. Why here previous levels, right here, I and also pre magnetized, so I just want to make sure I get out and don't want to get grinded up in this kind of action squeeze all the way to the upside. There were a lot of people and all the shorts blowing you up on the way up.

I'm thankful - I was not involved in that covered, although short here and this way start going back for some tiny, tiny size and trying to see if we can get more follow through to a downside, because eventually this stock, it's going to go back to six dollars. Five dollars four dollars eventually: when is it gon na happen today? I have no idea, so that's why you got ta just play the price action and you can see. I started scaling in here and somewhere here and once we didn't break down this vo up level and that's where I know you know, this is gon na be trouble and that's why I call out all of it. I don't want to get stuck in this kind.

Headache and give up all the gains a had on the shorts on the spikes here, so I was not involved in this, even though it was really tempting to short around $ 10 and later on 940s. You know like we get cracked near the end of the day. I was really tempted to get a short overnight, but just because this stock has a law. Dilution has a history of failed spikes, all the spike and gapping down and selling off even lower.

So that's gon na be the same thing for the stock, but you know it's not comfortable to hold a stock short overnight and the overnight cost is gon na be expensive. So at the end you know you can see. I sure that immediately took it off so to make anything there and what I've worked out well, because you can see if I had short around 7 80s, like I did here. You know it dumped all the way to 6 70s after hours, but could have should have would have you know just don't wan na over trade on this name and give up my profit over here, because I was also trading iron, oh and this one.
I definitely over treated here, and let me talk about this, so this has being a stock. That's been grinding up from $ 9 all the way to $ 15 today, and we had 1 2. 3. 4.

5. 6. Today's a 6 day not still holding up on the day and all the shorts has just been stuck upside down in this stock, and for me I didn't want to get stuck in that connection, and I wanted to wait for the stock to go red too short. It so a lot from Scythia.

I was actually loneliness because citroen research came out with a short report. I ain't know and if you know how this kind of sit from reports work, they are actually dead by opportunities. If you know how you know their tweets work, so I was actually in longing here. It made some very nice scalps on this and when once we start going red on the day, that's why scout start getting interested in.

It short - and I definitely know, jump on the gun too soon too fast, especially when had just finished training on the long side. This is where I gave that this is a huge cover here. This is a cover from the short here and here - and this is where I gave back my profits from the monk, so I definitely over treated and there's definitely a short on this, which you know you can see over happened over here started scaling in some short Cover some adding in and started letting it work and that's where we get the nice unwind after we actually confirmed red to green and the stock finally went red to green. After this final rejection around $ 15, we actually test Rhett agreeing, and this time we finally break down after in the holding at once, twice and three times.

The fourth time is a time that we actually had to sell off cover some here and cover the majority. Here and was all out on this - you know around 1330s area and of course I didn't catch the very bottom. I never do right, and this way I went back for a final, no short scalp. Only they won out state because the stock has been known to you know.

I see we see now steadily grind up again after hours, hey guys. So today I definitely put on my short hat. There was a lot of short opportunities with a market rolling over very early on in the morning. They look at spy.

We gave back the entire gain overnight at the open from 290. All the way down to you know to 85. So when that happens, you know you heard the saying the Bulls take the stairs and the Bears take the window. A lot of really fast money was made on the short side.

But let's talk about some trades that I made good money on ba when they announced the PR of know they are being criminally investigated and obviously that's negative news for the stock. We caught the news alert really fast. I just pulled a trigger to short around 130 80 and then we had a nice flush down cover some more here and you know man like I could have executed this a lot better. This is really a nice cover, but you know I wish I caught the entire flush two more points down.
When that didn't happen, I try to reach short the rebound and you can see with miry shorts, even though it's smaller size, I gave back a lot and that didn't work out so had a nice Wayne on Schwartz I but gave back about half of the profit. So, but still not bad when the money is made so fast and the other one is RCL. This was an incredible trade until I fit up when went back, you know it's just the name of the game. Sometimes, when you make the money really fast, I'm expecting a lot more follow through to the downside and 1lu no add back into a winner when that doesn't work out.

I just have to you know, come and loss on the secondary, but the biggest trade is actually wayfarer W, so the stock has been going. You know crazy, since $ 100. We went straight up from a hundred all the way to 134. Yesterday, up here is yesterday's chart.

You know I don't wan na get hit on the front side short, but when there's this chart like this, I'm looking to shorts the first red day. So, according to my pre market watch, this I planned out before the market opens an hour before I want to. You know once a stock goes bread on the day and both beneath this previous day, close level, that's my level of risk and I'll short off that risk, knowing that we have a lot of room downside to at least 120 s and even more lower down possible. If we get more follow-through to the downside, you can see the mo of the day was 122 and caught that, but I was all out by this when this bounced, you know same idea as a BA or Co trade.

Yes, we can still bounce and still possibly self, but I need to protect my games. I can always enter again later on, so I'm skilled, according to my risk skilled here, the key to trading these volatile stocks is to size and skill in slowly. You know like these stocks when they jump, especially with a spread as high as W. The spreads were about 50 70 cents.

You want to you know, scale in short slowly, so I had some starter here added some more and when we pop to this 128 80s and reject quickly. That's where added to full size - and that gave me a very nice average about 127 90s and then covered some here - just to pay myself a little bit. But I want to save the majority for this flush down all the way to 124 somewhere here. And then you know the majority was down here.

You can see, I add the back here. Around 126, you know should have held it for the double bottom. That would have been really nice with a riad, but the market was starting to rally and I didn't want to give like. I did on the other two stocks that we talked about, but overall this is the biggest winner on a day and I'm really happy with my patience on this one.
So maybe we'll get more from this ticker tomorrow, the other trade - that's not as big but still pretty stress-free. You know textbook back holder daily torch shorts. You know you can see. This is a stock, that's known to be pumped up and sell off the gaps.

So tiny went on this stock, but still added up really nice with the other winners on the day. So today and yesterday on Tuesday, the short sellers really got destroyed. I didn't trade CRE X yesterday, but I was actually looking to short that today, but I missed it, but this was one of those low float stocks that caught a lot of short sellers off-guard from 180, ripping all the way to $ 5 after hours, and today We had a brand new - I guess not really brand new, but a new low float squeezer that really caught all the short sellers, off-guard and myself included. Unfortunately, you can see capr and this is actually a known dilution stock, the stock, I've traded a lot of times in the past and there's no words to describe it.

I made you know pretty good money. You know shorting from six dollars all the way down to you know four dollars, that's two dollars a share, but I got way too cocky. I scaled back in way too big and I lost everything I had made in the morning in the first trade, which was, you know, picture-perfect, but gave back everything and then more so this ended up being a loss, but I did not blow up, though right, like That's the difference. I understood that hey this stock is literally just not it's not behaving like a stock like I actually want to short anymore.

In hindsight, of course, I wish I can just flip long, but you know it's hard to do that, but this was a difficult stock and so I'm slightly inbred. On the day, I'd made back some with a few other tickers that we'll talk about. But with this I just got way too cocky added back way too big, but you know the losses in I mean you know in comparison to what this could have being, it's actually not bad, so I mean that's the silver lining other this. You know I mean still lost no excuse, but you know this should have being a lot worse if I just kept on adding all the way to the top, but I recognize I know this is like when, when a stock, that's breaking new highs and and holding Pre market highs and breaking new highs and just up trending.

This is not the kind of stock that you should be shorting, so the other few stocks I traded pretty well on is AMD. They have earnings, they actually sold off on their earnings, and you can see the stock tanked yesterday from 56 all the way to 50 to 60 s, and I was lone biased on the stock. I was thinking that we're gon na reclaim this 53 72 level and move on to new highs. We didn't go all the way up there.
You can see a scaled. Some here scaling in some warm but still into the pushes, like I stopped out when we were really heavy and we we couldn't reclaim d WAP and I tried again didn't make anything on the second trade. But the first trade was relatively easy to read. You know once the stock pushes I sell some in set my stop, and you know nice little green trade on this one.

While I was busy fighting capr short, the other one. That was also really nice is htz. So this is one of those benefits of having really fast news alerts. There were press release about htz, potentially filing for bankruptcy, and that should be a no-brainer short, so htz.

This is purely a moment. Term volatility shorts caught the alerts right here around 460 and immediately tanked all the way down to three 90s. I didn't get a cover, and now, without being a very nice game, we added up some on the bounce and should have been a lot more patient. You know I was thinking the stock could eventually grind back up and just want to be careful if I'm still short, but very nice gains on this one htz hurts and the other one.

That was also really nice as well. That you know allowed me to make back a lot of the loss on capr. It was chk and, of course, looking at this chart now I miss so much downside, but how would I know this was gon na tank all the way to $ 19? I no, but you know I, this is another alert news alert with a negative news: no sure that that pops around 2750 added $ 28 in coverage. You know this was about 10 minutes before the close and I don't want to hold anything overnight and that's why I was so quick to get out.

For I mean, I guess, maybe $ 1 worth 50 cents. Game should have been a lot bigger, but you know I didn't want to hold it in too close and we were kind of holding up here for a while. So you know another nice gang on this, so today ended up being a small red day, but it should have been a lot worse with the way capr treated. So you know I'm definitely, you know counting my blessings and gon na be a lot more careful shorting for the rest of the week.

Maybe next week so trading today versus yesterday is drastically different. You know I went back to shore capr again today. As you remember yesterday, I took a small loss on the stock because it was just way too shrunk. Today I came back with a clear mind.

I mean that lost yesterday. Wasn't fun right. It's still like a loss is a loss, it's still mentally draining. However, you want to think about it, but you know: that's that's why you need to cut your loss and preserve your confidence and I still come back and traded as if it's just a brand new ticker, so I wasn't scared of the stock.

I still treated it as as if I would have traded any other new stock today. So I started shorting here, eight 20s pre market. You know it was really early on it was about. I guess this would have been like 4:30 a.m.
my time, but the the better entry would have been on previously closed price about 8:50 s. So leaving a lot of room to add and that's why I added at the open here and added even bigger here. You can see, I had a small cover here, because what my starter entry here you know, the idea is that okay - and I were probably just gon na keep on tanking, but when I popped you know they literally, I covered partial at the top. So that's why? I was, you know immediately added back in once that level rejected and all these levels are prepared prior to me entering the trade right.

It's oh, the planning is done beforehand, I'm not going to the tray, and you know, planning my exit and my stop-loss, while I'm in the crate. That's all pre-planned once I cover it. I realized hey. This was literally at the top.

I immediately add it back. In 7-7 80s - and we got a nice tank - all the way to know seven dollars they eventually over here six 60s. We added some on this push towards Viwa, but I was hoping this time around we're gon na get straight to $ 6. When that didn't happen, I just covered, and when I break cuz you know me, I don't like treating the day duh.

No, I have no added back aim near the end of the day. With this momentum, push towards 780 notice is the same level that I showed it so pretty much a really stress less. On trade at the end of the day, you know covered over here at about 7:10, before the close, so a very much stress free trade. You know I'm happy about my discipline.

I didn't let my loss yesterday kind of deter me from trading the stock. So you know I'm really happy about this trade. The second trade, I'm also really happy about it, so STK so always CK is one of those stocks. Have created many times in the past, I was trading this when those who was in the 70s 7-0.

So I'm really familiar with how the stock trades they had earnings release, but he is reading into her earnings right. How strong is their earnings, and does it really justify this push towards $ 15? I was actually looking for a long on this move. Had it made the move after the open, so I would have loaned this, but the fact that I started popping pre markets all the way to 15. You know that changes things right.

So that's why I was sure biased on this gilding, some just really small, pretty minor kids. I don't want to get too big, pretty Monica it's hard to get out and so covered something right before the open. Just my pre market size and immediately added back on the pop here around $ 14 shorter here cover some covering some add an even bigger once we start really flushing and breaking down this pre market lowest level and covering over here and didn't catch the bottom, because I didn't think it was gon na gap fill all the way down to previous day closed area around both dollars, but you know missed, maybe eighty cents, the downside, but over is still a very clean and against restless free trade in comparison to yesterday and a few Other smaller trade apt: this is the power of having been Zynga Charlie. You know PR release you get in a really quick $ 0.50 scalp, I'm stress, let's trade again, so you know my song my best trading days other days where you know I don't have to fight it.
You know I immediately jumping and know exactly what to do. I have you know the right size, the right ads and the right exits. I may not always catch the top or the bottom, but you know like at the end of the day. You know I just have to stick with one good at and if I'm doing what I'm good at then I shouldn't be too stressed out, like I was yesterday so apt, another nice, long scalp.

This is a long battle. It is not short. This is a long scalp and the end of the day really nicely with an Amazon play with earnings, so they had their missed our earnings, so I'm kinda shorts right here. 2420.

If you look at a one-minute, can, though, I had a nice cover around twenty three hundred, seventy six dollars. So that's how many points I don't know and then I reacted back some more here and then got stopped out so didn't catch. This move here that would have been so sweet if I had cash to dump two to three to four, whatever it's an expensive stock, and I, of course I have to scale down to my you know from my normal size and use only very small size, especially With a stock like Amazon that moved basically a couple hundred dollars after hours with the earnings release, but overall really nice and really happy with my trading today and nice recovery from the loss from yesterday. This is kind of the kind of day that I want to aim for every single day, where I don't have to fight that hard just taking base hits.

Sometimes I catch a lot of the move, but most times I don't, but at the end of the day you know singles added up and today was a very nice day - hey guys thanks for watching. Question: when I go to trade a stock that I am certain will rise/fall due to researching news and earnings reports the %change of the share price in the pre-opening messes up my profits and usually results in me making a loss.

Found your videos today and subscribed, I like your content. I know you've said not to follow chat rooms for advice, but have you considered ever opening up a facebook fan page and creating a live video so that we can follow along with you? Typically chat rooms aren't effective due to the fact that there is a time delay between when the moderator places their order and when the followers do, but in a live video it would basically be instantaneous.

Just a thought. I am working on getting my own channel set up once I have decent content, and this is an idea I may implement myself.

Check options for CODEX. The value of all calls are up by 30-40% and all puts down by 30-50%. I see this as a potential forecast of stock price rise. Do you have any experience or opinion?

AAL similar only all calls down, all puts up.

Thanks for your video's, it's really helping many people like me, to understand important things in trading…

I have a question here, I am making trading plan today after market close, by analysing stocks. Most of the time my analysis are correct. For example I have analysed stock "X" and made trading plan, as per my analysis it will go up tomorrow .. But when market opens tomorrow , it will open gap up.. in such cases how to trade? My trading plan won't work.. did you face such situations? If yes, how you trade in such situations? Please guide me… Eagerly waiting..

Thanks in advance for answering my question…

I wish you say how many shares you bought, how many points you are down or up. That would give a watcher way better idea what is going on. I like watching your videos, but a little more information would be much much better. Thanks!:)
