Hey: what's going on team, it's ricky with tackle solutions, a quick little update on my position, so you guys saw based off of a video that i uploaded. Last week i talked about having a little bit over 1100 shares in tesla that amounted to about 719 000 into tesla. Today, tesla pushed up 4.38. I'm not here to encourage you to sell at by any means right.
Last time i sold way too early, and i want you guys to know that, but one of the things that is my main focus every single day is lock in and profits uh. So i wanted to show you that, as tesla approaches, the previous resistance level uh right around 690 to 695, pretty much that 700 range it tends to get rejected there, just in case it does get rejected. I decided to lock in profits should i have sold my entire position. You know that's just based off of an opinion.
I decided to lock it in and i wanted to show you guys that so what i decided to do is i loaded off on my position. Little by little, if you're part of the learn plan profit group during our live training session this morning, you guys would have seen i uh sold. My 400 shares originally at 677 uh and then i sold another 200 shares at 680 about a thousand shares of amc, and this is kind of where you see me make the transition. I begin to transition from being long on tesla and then, as i as i see, amc stock pull on back.
I begin to load up a little bit on that one, so i bought a total of 4 000 shares of amc today and i sold my entire position of tesla. So 400 shares here 200 shares here at 680.. Um i've sold another 100 shares here at 6.82. Another 100 shares at 683, so another one at 61 and then i think my last 200 shares at 685.47.
So, as you guys could see um, i think i did pretty well with how i decided to sell my positions um. You know i didn't get out at the highest price point, but uh. What i wanted to share is my goal is never to try to like get out at the highest price. One that's impossible to predict right, but it's to get out when it makes sense and just based off of previous resistance levels being able to have bought at the lower 640s uh right at the recovery and then lock in profits.
I'm very happy with that trade. I made a little bit over 25 000 on that trade alone, with having a little bit over 1100 shares uh, the other stock that i want to talk about, as you guys saw that i added uh and jumped into amc the only other one that i want To talk about is the one: that's catching a lot of my attention right now. Uh surprisingly, you know they issued 500 million shares or 500 worth 500 million. My apologies, 500 million dollars worth of their common stock shares um and it dropped 17.
This is space uh or spce virgin atlantic, as you guys saw over the weekend. They had a successful mission uh with their ceo uh, richard branson, that made it to outer space beating jeff bezos uh with the first. You know commercial airline to uh reach outer space, but, as you guys could see, this acted as a direct negative catalyst for them issuing a little bit over. If i'm not mistaken, they issued a total of 500 million dollars in stocks after uh branson went to space. So you can see that that definitely acted as a negative catalyst. The reason that i'm talking about it is, i was not invested in spacex right or i'm sorry spce, but the idea of this thing pulling on back to a previous common support level and if it does recover to previous highs, that offers a 48 potential doesn't mean That it has to recover. I just thought it would be a stock worth talking about because it pulled back so aggressively all within a day. I'm gon na give it a little bit more time to bleed, as it doesn't have to recover anytime soon.
It could easily continue to sell off, but i thought it'd be stock worked worth talking about because it's relatively a little bit of a cheaper stock today than it was let's say last week right and if you see potential in this um, then all we ask you To do is create alerts, set alerts. Add it to your watch list and follow up with it when it makes sense. My plan, when it comes down to virgin atlantic or spce, would probably uh if it begins to indicate signs of a support. Uh.
Let's say it begins to recover and it jumps back up to 42 43 i'll, probably only buy like a thousand dollars worth of it and i'll slowly average up into it, maybe with about fifty thousand dollars but again uh. We have this same within our group of keep it like. Keep it tight, never be so aggressively invested that you become an emotional mess. If you see an opportunity just do it with a position size and which you can manage.
So i wanted to talk to you guys about my successful trade, wanted to talk to you guys about what i decided to do. I jumped into amc today with 4 4 000 shares um and talk about spacex. I purchased my first big purchase unfortunately on Monday at $45 per share expecting it to go back to $50+.
I'm already down $8k and still going down. Horrible 1st purchase experience. Hope it'll go up soon or I'm gonna lose my hair.

What software are you using with those graphs?
It is only going down from here until next year. It will need a major catalyst to move past 60$. The hype is gone so to move up, it will have to be profitable or at least show the money from the customers to stimulate the investors. With an event like Branson going to space and the price going down, ONLY A FOOL would think that the price will go up by itself without any MAJOR catalyst.
I think your brave buying amc at $42 ,I think it will bounce at $32
A buy at $25 ,I have watched $spce for 2 years,there are no customer flights until 2022 ,they are always delaying, they need a new mothership and we need to see if blue origin will out compete them,short term there are no new catalysts ,imo they will drop to $35 and stay there with not much volatility,they have one more test flight which could give a little swing trade ,a very hard one to predict

Virgin galactic proposed to shareholders it would raise capital after TestFlight validation when they had a pre arranged agreement with investment banks to sell the shares at pre TestFlight prices how is this not leading to a class action lawsuit ?

I dont see how they can make money with this model. They have maybe 1000 orders for flights. After 1 go… you dont really get repeats so you rely on people who have way to much money to want to say they have been to space… only in the technical definition at that. I would say that boom supersonic is a better buy. United airlines just bought 15 of their new jets. New york to london in 3.5 hours at mach 1.7 @ 60,000 feet. That has commercial value. They will eventually have to go public if they cant keep up with orders and if their claims are true… there wont be much reason to get on any other plane ever.
people be filling lawsuits against this company because of loses they had.. if they weren't gambling on this stock to begin with they could have just held it and cashed out months later.. don't gamble if you can't afford to lose.. what are you going to do? sue the casino because you lost on the slot machines? come on..

It was clearly a sell the news event with SPCE today. Missed opportunity from a marketing perspective not talking about future tourists, launch plans etc. Not sure we’ve found a clear bottoms yet. But def worth considering entering one it finds a solid floor. I briefly entered this in am thinking it might make momentum moves with the WSB attention…but alas was just a quick exit out.
