#StimulusTimeline
"Phase 1, H.R. 6074, the Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2020, was enacted into law on March 6, 2020, and provides $8.3 billion in emergency funding for federal agencies to ensure vaccines developed to fight the coronavirus are affordable, that impacted small businesses can qualify for Small Business Administration (SBA) Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDLs), and that Medicare recipients can consult with their providers by telephone or teleconference, if necessary or desired.1
Phase 2, H.R. 6201, the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, became law March 18, 2020. This package, expected to cost $192 billion over the next decade, includes provisions for paid sick leave, free coronavirus testing, expanded food assistance, additional unemployment benefits, and requirements that employers provide additional protection for healthcare workers.23
Phase 3, H.R. 758, the "CARES Act," signed into law March 27, 2020, represents the largest relief bill in the history of the U.S. at $2.2 trillion. The legislation provides direct payments to individual taxpayers and their dependents; a huge expansion to unemployment benefits, including the self-employed; student loan forbearance; and much more.4
Phase 3.5 H.R. 266, the "Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act," signed April 24, 2020, serves as interim funding for parts of the "CARES Act." Specifically, Phase 3.5 restarts the PPP and EIDL loan programs which ran out of money on April 16, 2020, and refreshes funding for hospitals, health care providers, and coronavirus testing provided for in Phase 3"

Welcome back to another video, so it's been about one week since the house last passed the act known as the hero's act. This was that huge eighteen hundred pages worth of this and that going into it but, most importantly, it had the bill for the twelve hundred dollar stimulus check proposal. This would be our second stimulus check if it goes through, and you know it's been about a week and a lot of people are wondering. So where are we with regards to the timeline for this? Should we still expect the check? Where are we? Why is this moving so slow? How come I'm not hearing any news? What I'm gon na do in today's video is allow you guys to get a better idea of where this timeline is and pretty much give you guys.

The information regarding the next few days in the foreseeable future with regards to the heroes Act now looking back in the past with regards to our original cares act, we had three and a half a phases to that package and I feel like right now, looking back In time it seems like they did a pretty good job of getting the bills out saying all right. We need another phase. Let's get Phase two, let's get phase three, let's get phase three point: five. We really didn't see like this huge gap of time beneath all of them.

I feel like they passed fairly quickly, but now that we're talking about phase four or the heroes Act, it seems like a lot more time is taking place and there is a couple reasons why this is happening. One of the theories that I have is that the government is extending the time on purpose because they really want to see the benefits of our previous stimulus that they sent over into our economy. They don't want to keep going out blindly, including additional stimulus, if they don't need to. The government did make this past heroes act way bigger than it has to be in order for them to negotiate and make this process a lot longer just so, they can see all the data from the last point and if they don't need to put additional money Into the economy they won't have to now, I want to hear your guys thoughts.

Do you guys agree on that theory or not, because it seems to be a popular opinion, but I'm also hearing from a lot of other people that right, that's they're, just trying to work on this bill. It just takes a lot of time for something like this to get through and it just it just takes a lot of time. That's pretty much simply it so. I went online trying to find additional information regarding that timeline because I feel, like someone should know a better idea of when we should expect things to happen if it does happen, but I could not find a single article, a single source or anyone really talking about This and there's a couple reasons why I discovered this: maybe the reason why there's no timeline on anything is because nothing is actually set in stone.

This is not like a calendar school year where you say: are you're you're in school. The session of May and you're out August like it's not like that at all, we're not on any type of schedule, and the reason why there isn't any specific timeline is because we really can't put a time length on the debates that are gon na happen. In Congress, maybe our senators walk in one day. Maybe Donald Trump is in a super good mood too, and everyone is just like you know what, let's all just lets Joseph's pass this right away and then maybe one day we wake up on Tuesday.
All this has passed, and then the next few days after that, we all get another stimulus check, there's a reality that could happen. I'm not saying it's very likely. It could be a hell, it's a very five, maybe less than that percent chance of it. Passing like that manner, but what I'm trying to say is no one knows for sure exactly because a negotiation process with regards to large bills like this may take much longer than people actually anticipate.

What I'm seeing online is that, after Memorial Day, they should be going back to negotiating the bill that was passed through the house and regardless of what option or direction we go with, it means it's gon na still take some time. I'm not saying it's gon na take one or two days. I think it's actually gon na take up to a week in order for that to happen if it goes back to stage one where they got to completely redo the bill, it's gon na be another week for them to go through redo the cycle and before Donald Trump gets to sign his name on it. I feel it's gon na take at least two to three weeks before we see any additional news.

This is like the fourth time. Can you guys hear that the heck I was like the fourth time some ambulances and police cars drove by I don't know. What's going on man Khurana be crazy out here my people be crazy. I know, as we see more progressions, we will get up-to-date information from our news sources and from the government as well.

But right now, in the moment that we stand, it seems like they're still in the process of trying to figure out whether this bill is actually gon na get through, and it's not a debate of. If we need a bill or not, I think people have this mentality that if the heroes Act doesn't get passed, we're all screwed - and I think a really good way to explain this to a lot of people out here is that a lot of people are thinking Like we are in the fourth quarter of a football game, and if you don't make that Hail Mary pass it's over the game's over and you lose that's really not the case at all. There's a possibility. We can go into overtime if you don't make that shot.

If the heroes Act does not get through, there are gon na be other bills that come up in place. This is not our only thing. We are all in agreement all the government, regardless, if you're left right in the middle up or down. We are all in agreement right now that the economy is not where it should be and that if we continue to see a decline in jobs in business and more companies going bankrupt, they will push out additional stimulus.
That is not an opinion that that's a fact right there. The government leaders will push something out. They are in favor of putting out additional stimulus. They just don't know exactly how much and where it should go to that once they figure that part out how much they should do.

Where should go to things are gon na move pretty well pretty easily like we did in the past three point: five stimulus waves. So what is going yeah yeah! That's like the that's the fifth time, the ambulance. What's going on who's dying, sheesh, anyways! Oh okay! I don't know what that was. I don't know why there's so much like sirens going on this morning.

I don't even know where I was thinking. Am I gon na edit all this out, probably not yo again you'll hear that dude, my goodness, okay, that was another fire truck something's on fire. I hope it's not my building. You know where I was at.

Oh yeah. All of our leaders are in agreement that the economy is not in a good place right now, and all they want to do is navigate where they want to put this money and how much it's gon na. Be that's really the main two things: where is the money gon na go? How much is it gon na be now guys? This was a timeline and a better idea of just where we are with our stimulus checks. Let me know down below if you guys have any additional theories and when you guys think we will see more news of something getting passed.

Hopefully we're gon na see something else, and then my question would be after. That is if we do see something else: that's not the heroes bill. How long will it take for something else to actually get passed guys? I hear sirens again. What is going on? Do I need to evacuate? Do I need to be like mr.

incredible out here and, like you know, save somebody in a burning building Haizi my people, I'm I'm out here, trying to do my job and teach the people about the stimulus check, but buildings be catching on fire right next. To me guys hear that I don't know if my mic will pick this up yeah, I don't know my Michael. I really don't know if I should be like evacuating my building. I don't smell anything.

I don't smell anything except the sweet aroma of being able to get a free stock with weeble. So don't forget to check that out. You guys can get two free stocks, one valued up to 1,400 dollars if you guys get lucky by depositing $ 100. So you know guess that's reality situation.
Thank you guys again for tuning by you guys are all awesome, hope you guys have a great day and I'll see you guys. The next one peace.

Hey, thanks for the advice and info. Our $1,200 checks went to our old address, past year post office forwards mail. My husband tracked the checks. Our social security address is updated and we have received other government mail here but I hear this process requires its own address????? Anyway we hope the checks were sent back to post office by the current residents, if so they will be returned to source? Will the checks be sent back? We have now updated the new address, we are still in the same town, and really hope it still arrives. What are the chances? Take care

They're not gonna put a timeline on it bc they're waiting for some citizens to die off since the restrictions are relaxed.

The Heroes Act is not a law yet … I don't if Congress says that grass is pink .. A Bill has to pass , which it has. Then it has to pass in the Senate , which it hasn't .. OPPS . A this is , is the DEM controlled media TRYING to sell a bill full Dem goodies. If they sell it good enough then the Senate will feel pressured into passing it.. The Heroes Act is a NIGHTMARE full of a Democratic wish list , that will do nothing but put us into a massive debt .The Democrats are hoping the REPUBLICANS SAY NO, they can say..LOOK THEY DON'T CARE AND WANT YOU TO DIE .Oh and by the way … Did know that this VIRUS has a 98% Survival rate ?

What's your thought on this: I work for dollar tree and the location I work at is going to close its doors and there is talk about 13/hr extra hazard pay. Will I get that back paid? Or does that just go away for me?

I don't think things just randomly come up lol they have everything planned they just don't tell the public anything at all. The Government has never told the truth to the people so there isn't really any "theories" behind it. Not everyone who was left unemployed received their $1,200 stimulus check but the big corporations for sure got their millions though. This whole Plandemic is really unnecessary. Bill gates needs to be in prison he's the one responsible and is very out there about his depopulation plan he's been suggesting for years.

  26. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars JPAnimeMangaArt says:

I think there needs to be another stimulus check, but I feel If we do get one(Hopefully) it's going to screw us all up in the future with higher taxes and the rise in price for food. I think the Senate needs to really dissect this bill entirely since not all of it is related to giving American citizens a stimulus check and most of the cash will go to a different area impacted by the virus.

  27. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Hollaaa says:

@Brianjung: the first stimulus bill that trump passed, we were supposed to get to the first stimulus checks released on April 6th and the other one on May 18th. The one on April 6th was postponed a week or so because we had to wait for the Democrats to approve it, so now the question should be is where is the second check cuz it should have been covered in that first stimulus proposal that they promised.

  28. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars RP rp says:

Brian we need another $1200 stimulus check, we have lost so many jobs, the second of stimulus is needed!!!

  29. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Suzanne Reeder says:

if "tramp" was made to pay all his back taxes on everything-he could probably feed the word–just think if the same was said for his buddies

  30. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars kerri759 says:

The reason this is going to take some time is the house stuffed the bill with garbage that has nothing to do with the virus. Maybe if the majority of the house really cared about the people of this country, they would separate their issues. That is an 1800 page bill. The way this virus has been politicized is disgusting. There are people losing everything, can’t feed their kids, bills or anything else and these majority in the house only think about themselves and their twisted agenda. Imagine giving yourselves a huge raise in the first package. They rarely show up for work, they are not hurting like the people of this country. They are horrible. Vote every current member of the house OUT!!!

  31. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Andrea M says:

I was following you and enjoyed what you had to say. That being said I will not be watching you based on your "What's going on, who is dying?". I couldn't believe it. So totally inappropriate.

  32. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Kevin Benson says:

Your slaying is funny and I take it you haven't dealt with too much fire or fire departments are sirens in your neighborhood that's funny too but keep going man keep doing what you doing

  33. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Lawrenzo Riley says:

They need to put the people first then the business will follow. The reason why you haven't seen any money in the system is that it's all going to bills. The first stimulus Wasnt enough, $1200 was just enough to keep your head above water. If they want to see money they need more than $1200 about $2400, at least we will be able to breathe.
I feel that we can pay the bills and go out to eat, travel, take of ourselves.
People should be first, then businesses and governments.
