So everyone write this in your notes. Please just write this down. Let's get our brains working, you ready. The message is grow.

Your team to the size of your ambitions grow your team to the size of your ambitions. That's the message. I keep sharing with people that there's not one way to do it. It's not having a marketing director an assistant and of this, and that and 47 sales people are two salespeople or eight sales people.

It is simply understanding and recognizing john your ambition and then matching your team with that, because if you don't you work 24 hours a day, seven days a week, you miss the baby, lauren's gon na hit you and you might sell a lot of real estate, but It will take 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Who knows what i'm talking about say: aye, it's leveraging, but it's also please write this down buying freedom. If you ask me, why do i have you know two assistants and you know all these people that help because they're i'm buying freedom, i'm turning over a few shekels to get time back and know that nazar everything is being taken care of. So i can be at dinner with kathy watch steven play tennis go and spend two days in new york city with my son and not be thinking the whole time.

Oh, my god, i got ta check my phone, you with me most of you. You are grossly understaffed for your ambition. You with me okay, turn to your body and say he is extremely talking to you. The thing that i heard done is better than perfect done, makes more money than perfect and that my friends is the only way you can think when you're adding team members adding five sales people to your team that are only half as good as you, five salespeople To your team, they're only half as good as you they operate at fifty percent of performance times.

Five is still a 250 increase. You with me stop trying to think perfect and start thinking serve more clients. There is no model that is right or wrong. You have to find what's right, for who, for who, and most of that is, can you scale or not scale your own ability to a leader? That's 99 of it for some of you, you're just better off with three assistants, and then all they do is manage everything else, and all you do is what you're best at, which is like negotiate go on appointments, follow up, etc.

But the thing i want to stress to you, so the first thing is: there's no right or wrong model. You got to pick your own, but here's. The second thing write this down. A team should be designed to get you freedom and leverage.

A team should be designed to get you freedom and leverage. So if you build your team with you as the center of the universe and everything runs through you, you are stupid. Does everybody get what i'm saying here? I don't mean that in a mean way, but that goes back to the hero and minions, which i told you about five years ago. I want to have smart, ambitious people around me that do what they do well, so i can go.

Do the things that i do best and get some time off? Does that make sense? How many of you just said there say aye.
