Archimoto fuv is the ticker. I actually spoke with the ceo. I called him up and i asked him a whole bunch of tough questions. I'm going to put some of it in this video, but the full interview.

If you want to watch the whole 45 minute, interview is going to be uploaded to our patreon page. The link is below and you can join it's like five bucks per month. So how much do you think you need to raise right now, uh from what i'm seeing you have like about 50 million on the books uh we have. We are we've teamed up with a a group called monroe associates, yeah, so uh sandy and his team are helping us uh to to build for scale.

This is a very weird company. In a sense, it ran up like every other ev company before february, and it went all the way up to 36 dollars per share currently trading at 14.72, and when you take a look at the short interest for this company, you see a very high number 35.6. Now, that's not the highest in the market right now, but it's definitely in the top 10 or maybe even in the top five. In any case, this is definitely one of the most shorted stocks in the market right now, and what makes it potentially interesting for me as an investor is that i think that the bulk case, the fundamental case, the value case - is definitely there.

So what exactly is this company about? What are they selling? What's their business model? It's actually very interesting, even though they're in the eevee business electric vehicles they're very different from any single ev company out there, they're not competing with tesla neoxpang or none of these. They build a three wheel, kind of hybrid between a car and their motorcycle. A three wheel, fun utility vehicle that actually can be used in both fleets for last mile delivery, or just for fun like atvs and powersports, or even as a city kind of mobile device. Where you can actually go from your house to your work and kind of not worry about parking or traffic, essentially a very nice hybrid between the car and the motorcycle, and if we take a quick look at the investor presentation right here, you can see exactly what They're going for the daily commuter the last mile delivery, first responders, um, not so sure about that fun.

It's definitely a fun powersport sort of vehicle and definitely those three not so sure about first responders, maybe not familiar enough with that industry. But as far as less smile, the demand is definitely there daily driver, especially in big cities. Definitely there you know in sports and power sports. It definitely has its place, and i think this is the classic vehicle, the one with the three wheels and the two seats one in the front, one in the back.

This is for the last mile deliveries, i'm guessing you have more of a storage in the back. One seater and i'm assuming this is another version of it, some of them already deployed from what i understand this is, i think, one of the more power sports sort of vehicles. This seems like a working vehicle. I think this called the roadster.
If i'm not mistaken, this is kind of the fun utility vehicle. I think this thing resembles like a motorcycle most out of these three, but it's purely for fun. Uh. These things make a lot of sense.

I think some of them are deployed at some level because they did generate almost three million dollars in sales last year. I'm not talking about the last mile stuff because it's a completely separate business, but this thing actually makes a lot of sense. Now i lived in new york city, it's impossible to own a car in one of those types of cities, large metropolitans, however, you can ride. Share these things for cheap.

I mean think about it. These types of vehicle compared to scooters or bicycles. These things are safer. More comfortable seems to be comparable at price and offer more fun at a reasonable price, they're aiming towards twelve thousand dollars per vehicle right now, they're selling about 17 000 per vehicle, which is still the excessive side, but again they haven't wrapped up.

Yet. This is definitely not the final price now, if you've been following my channel, you know i have a good nose for a lot of, especially in the ev industry. I called out a lot of companies that i thought were completely fake. I don't think this is the case here and i'll be honest with you again: it's not sponsored.

I don't own any shares, even though i'm actually gon na buy a few. I think i like this company the main thing for me that convinced me that this company isn't fake is when you look at the financials. For example, when you look at these fake eevee companies, usually what you see is no revenues, that's kind of a proof that nobody's actually buying this stuff. If you look at this company again, they're not ramped up yet a lot of it's kind of manual.

Construction they've doubled their revenues, they've doubled the deliveries, they've only delivered 60 vehicles, but they're not scaled yet, and i think that means that 60 people thought that this thing works. I mean enough. People thought that this thing could actually do whatever it is to pay 17. 000 for it, and as prices come down as scale actually hits, i mean economies of scale are going to drive everything down.

I think the market for this thing will be there now as far as scalability. It's a must. Without it, this company makes no sense. They've.

Obviously purchased a new facility, we spoke about it, they are collaborating with senior monroe, which is really important. However, i'm thinking they're going to raise at least 300 to 500 million. Just to get this thing off. The ground scaling is hard.

It's expensive at least half a billion dollars will be required just as initial investment for this thing to actually start producing scale vehicles and for the past 12 months they sold 2.7 million worth of vehicles, almost 3 million dollars in sales of the actual vehicles. Now that means two things: they are getting better they're, actually slowly ramping up and, more importantly, this isn't fake. These numbers serve as a good signal as a positive signal that this isn't vaporware, that this thing is real, otherwise people would not have been spending more and more money every year. Now, of course, if you look at the efficiency they're losing a lot of money on every single vehicle they sell because obviously they're not ramped up.
If you look at their financials, you see a very clean financials and when i talked to the ceo, i understood why it is exactly that kind of dude. Let me show you their balance sheet, because this is really impressive. You're, looking at the balance sheet, they're sitting on 46 million 46.7 million in cash total assets, no goodwill, 78.7, so almost 80 million in assets look at the liabilities. The total liabilities of the company are 6.6 6.6 versus almost 80..

That means there's definitely not a lot of debt here, yeah 3.7 million in total debt, when you compare it to the 80 million that they have in assets and the 50 million they have in cash. That's not important, that's kind of very minuscule. It seems like the company is running at a very lean burn rate, so basically, their loss from operation is 7.6 million. Net loss is 4.7 million, and with these numbers, considering that they're sitting on about 50 million, they have a good year, maybe even a year and a half, even without doing anything now, obviously they'll need to ramp up and to ramp up, which is something i spoke About with the ceo, during an interview, they're going to need hundreds of millions of dollars which they don't have, which means they're going to have to raise capital now, if this thing actually short squeezes because remember they're, very heavily, shorted 36 short interest.

It's a lot! If this company short squeezes the first thing, i think they'll do and again i haven't asked the ceo about this. We're not allowed to talk about stuff like that, but my bet is that once this company short squeezes, if it's short squeezes, i think they're gon na use it to raise that capital for the mass production that they need, because they just got a new facility and They're going to need a lot of money for procurement for tooling this thing is going to cost 400 to 500 million just to launch. They need a lot of money now. Based on what i understand, the company is trying to get to 12 000 per unit.

For these vehicles, which is a good price point now they have two completely different business model, one for individuals, which is the fun utility vehicle like the same as people buying atvs and powersports. I think, and that's my personal opinion, that their delivery vehicles, like the one you're seeing on the screen right now, those are the big money. I think that the last mile delivery with electric vehicles like this this can be really huge for this company. I think that these vehicles can mean a lot of cash flow really fast.
Now, what do i think about the vehicle as a fun utility vehicle? It's nice, but i think big money comes from fleets and cities. I think people who don't own a car can really use a vehicle like this, like they do with bike sharing and ride, sharing and zip cars. Whatever, like a centralized place where you come in, you get one of these things, you get to work, you drop it off and then you don't have to park it. You don't have to own it.

I think, for major metropolitans. This thing is going to be huge. Now i really like their business model. I really like their ceo.

My conversation with him was a blast. I think that the guy is legit. I think that their business model actually makes a lot of sense. The financials look good.

So, for me, no reason for this company to be 36 shorted. Obviously the price is a little bit steep, but again they haven't really ramped up yet based on their current sales. This is just manual labor. You got to price it and what it's going to do once they actually ramp up and again, as i mentioned, they're working with cindy monroe, they got a facility, so i think we're going to see it next year.

I'm trying to get in on this before it gets too late. I think this company is actually going places, but again it's just my opinion. I'm just some dude on the internet. This isn't financial advice, it might be.

Inaccurate might be wrong, might be the ramblings of a madman. You got ta, do your own research, allegedly blah blah mother effing blah. Now i hope you enjoyed this video. Let me know if you want me to do more of these short squeeze opportunities.

Again, i'm only gon na do stuff that makes sense as a fundamental play. Long-Term investment - i'm not gon na - do pure short squeeze. Please, because that's not interesting for me and again much love to the ape community and the gme community. I think that this is not mutually exclusive.

I think this thing is a really interesting investing opportunity for those who are looking for long-term investments, but also want to help the community put some pressure on the hedge funds again, something for you to think about and consider, as always a huge shout out for our Channel members and the patrons the full interview with the ceo is available from this moment on our patreon page, go check it out i'll, see you guys in the next video.

What are your thoughts on a short squeeze on FUV (Arcimoto) soon? How many days to cover?

    I bought at $2.15.
    I'm happy.
You can rent them in key west Florida.

Sandy Monroe is also involved with Aptera. They have just completed a second round of investing. The first round was with Wefunder the second round was not. They have a very interesting back story and their stage of development is extremely interesting- even to Sandy. He has money invested with them and says he cannot comment on some things with them right now due to NDA. I think Sandy is betting heavily on Aptera. I would love to hear what Tom Nash thinks of the car and the company AND of the investment potential. I know Tom Nash is a big fan of the EV space. I think we all know EV's are poised for explosive growth- the challenge is picking those who will grow and those who will not.
I myself have invested heavily (for me) with Aptera because I believe in the concepts of the car, and the people involved in it- like Sandy Monroe.

Great video as usual Tom! We just had Mark on our channel and asked him some β€œunconventional” questions including reviewing some β€œleaked” videos of the FUV production facility. Hope you give it a watch!

this stock is one reason I diamond hand everything now, I sold this for $2.13 over a year ago along with PLUG at the same time.
i swear, my biggest regrets in the market to date are all selling, so i stopped!

This vehicle reminds me of the Elio that raised a lot of money, but never took off.

We rode FUV from 2.70 to highs and sold at 27 on the way back down. Started loading back up at 8.50. I love my Arcimoto. Every day I drive it, I get stopped multiple times.

Wkhs…Highest short int with good fundamental growth and possible short squeeze.

  9. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Connecting The Dots says:

One thing Tom didn't mention is that they also plan on another platform with leaning capability, that IIRC should cost less than $2000

I've owned shares since August 2020. I gotta brag about it. First responder market is hidden. No one thinks about it unless it's pointed out. Why dispatch a fullsized fire truck when a single paramedic can get to a collapsed pedistrian faster? The first one there can asess the situation and call for the specific additional help needed.

I have heard about this company for a while now AMD they still haven't released any in Texas

  13. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Joshu says:

How do you get $0.6M revenue from selling 27 vehicles and $1.4M for selling 60 vehicles? Also, how is doubling sales impressive when it's on a magnitude of 27 to 60? Nothing there seems suspicious to you? Are they selling these at the same price as a Tesla Performance Model 3? Might not be vaporware but your stock shares might be.

  14. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Luke Ryan says:

Hey Tom, a few things to add. The model you referred to power sports with the seat on the back facing the other way is currently being used by film crews to get shots while on the move πŸŽ₯. I think they need doors with windows as an option for the drivers partially for increased safety but mostly due to being able to insulate yourself from wind, rain, cold etc. They need a heap of money to scale, but I actually think this is a company that would be brilliant for Tesla to aquire and launch in the super crowded cities in India where large passenger vehicles are not practical, most citizens there do not have the money for premium cars and the opportunity for food delivery is one of the largest in the world as they already have a huge network of dabbawala's doing it everyday.

The market is a lot bigger than just the US market, It can also it can be sold to the right hand drive market. Worldwide!!!

Tom any chance you can do a video on price targets? I set price targets for stocks but 99% of the time I just kick the can further down the road or sell prematurely if the stock has stalled for a while and I see a different opportunity. In both cases it kind of makes my targets seem kind of arbitrary.

I like that the CEO is making the rounds, he talked to Kevin as well, I've been considering shares as well based on the short percentage alone.

Hi, thanks for the information. Looks like a recreational vehicle for camp grounds, people movers for large events, reminds me of a golf cart. Rain, or Snow on Public Streets, doesn't appear solid or enclosed enough.

I actually own 100 shares of this company and I’ve been investing into them from when they were at around $2.50
Great company with a great CEO with lots of upside potential…
Thanks again for the awesome video Tomβ€¦πŸ‘πŸΌ

The price point is everything. I could see this in underdeveloped countries most. The countries that use mopeds like India & Africa and even rural areas of China & America.

  25. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars wNG iMAGE aND dESIGN says:

They have a true niche product. These have sold and being developed. The rear facing seat model is for media production. ie. movies, TV, sports coverage. A cameraman and rig is facing rearwards. Perfect for Tour de France, marathons and ironman events. First responders for paramedics in tight pedestrian-only situations. Imagine in heavy tourist areas, or inside a mall.
You can't get an ambulance through Manhattan in rush hour.

  26. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Alex Tanner says:

The topic of parking seemed to be blown over…. it would still require a spot somewhere and I dont think cities would let them on the sidewalks. Mopeds park on sidewalks but thats still not technically allowed but more manageable than this. it does seem like a fun toy tho for those interested!

  27. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Ross Williams says:

I am fan and I can tell you the CEO lives on the cheap. If I recall correctly he has two roommates and lives in a very modest home. It's clear to me everything is going into his company and I believe he is taking very little income. This tells me he strongly believes in what he is building.

  33. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars LG Investments & Research says:

Great video! Also note that they have applied for the ATVM loan. If they get it, this probably means less dilution, if they don't get the loan, the inevitable short squeeze could come at a perfect time to issue shares and raise a ton of capital, as you mention. Long FUV! πŸ™‚

  34. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Tom Nash says:

This is not a sponsored video:) I have no position in the company and no options but I will probably buy a few shares soon since I like their stuff. My opinion. Deal with it lol.
