Back in January, Elon Musk described how he would release a Chinese made vehicle that would "blow people's minds." Because it's been over three months, there's a possibility he releases this vehicle anytime soon. In this video, I discuss what type of vehicle we can expect and what features we can infer given the facts we have.

It's actually hard to tell it's hard to tell which, which is which really yeah. I took the Brandel, we took a brand off, but it's hard to tell, which is which is which what brands open, though, don't pretty much look the same. We need something different and we need. We need sustainable energy.

Now, if we, if we don't, we don't have a pickup truck. We can't solve it. The number one selling truck vehicle in America top three selling vehicles - America, pickup trucks. We add her gift to solve sustainable energy.

We have to have a pickup truck, so I present you the cyber truck when the cyber truck was first released. Many people were filled with disbelief. The majority of the people in the audience believe that it was just a funny joke mas was making. However, as must continue to explain the specs of the vehicle, it became clear that he was being serious.

Elon Musk knew that the pickup truck segment was a sector that needed to be disrupted. After all, pickup trucks have looked the same for hundreds of years. Elon Musk will soon reveal another vehicle that will blow people's minds and the evidence points towards a compact vehicle. In January 2020, when Elon Musk first introduced the model 3 in China, he talked about how he would release a Chinese made vehicle with the shock level on par with the cyber truck would be to to create China's design and engineering center to actually design like an Original car in China for worldwide consumption, I think this will be very exciting.

I think China has some of the best art in the world and I think it's something that that would be appreciated, rowing up on a worldwide basis, and I think it should be done. You know I try something just like kind of radical. You know like siren truck, you know nobody was expecting that and that's it so try to do something just like you know, like different. Some of the world hasn't seen before, like that really moves.

Their heart gets you're right there, that's the kind of part that you want. We wish there were more of those things. The most important part about this clip is when Elon Musk described how he wanted to try something radical like the cyber truck based on the facts. We know we can infer what type of vehicle musk will reveal.

We know that China is known for its compact vehicles. In the year of 2019, the best-selling vehicle in China made by Volkswagen was a compact car. The second best-selling vehicle made by Nissan was also a compact car. The top-selling vehicle list in China is filled with compact cars.

After all, these vehicles are the cheapest out of the bunch and work well in a high populated environment. Another fact we know is that the compact car industry is evolving incredibly slowly, similar to that of the pickup truck industry. Compact vehicles have looked the same for hundreds of years. Tesla's mission is to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy by creating a vehicle that could be affordable to the majority of the population.
This would accelerate the transition by a large amount. Tesla continues to make products accessible and affordable to more and more people, ultimately, accelerating the advent of clean transport and clean energy production. Tesla's goal is to move towards more affordable vehicles and we can see that with the recent vehicle launches. Another piece of evidence pointing towards a new compact vehicle is the recent improvements with self-driving technology.

The full self driving features price is continuing to increase in the coming years. Do the addition of improvements in October 2019, Tesla acquired deep scale, a Bay Area startup that is focused on the deep neural network of self-driving vehicles? This acquisition is starting to pay off and, while musk isn't officially announcing improvements, the company's patent applications have been reviewing impressive advancements. On April 17th, a new patent application called systems and methods for training machine with augmented data was filed for a total rewrite of auto pilot Tesla's self-driving technology is improving at an incredibly fast rate, but it all means nothing if there aren't enough self-driving vehicles on the Road, when a user calls an uber or lyft what often differentiates the two companies is the time the user has to wait for an available driver to come pick them up. If Tesla wants to roll out the ride-sharing app, they need to minimize this time.

The last hint we have is the league of a recent drone shot taken on April 9th Giga factory Shanghai is rapidly expanding for what could be the production of a new vehicle. However, this still remains a speculation, because some, if not all, of these new lands will be used to produce the model Y. Now, if we were to see a compact vehicle be released, what should we expect for one? The design must be built in a way that would maximize profitability. The cyber trucks sharp edges were purposefully shaped in a way where only one exoskeleton would be needed in the phases of production.

This allowed Tesla to lower costs while simultaneously providing higher specs the blocky design of the cyber truck also allowed for an easy installation of a solar panel on the rear hatch, with the ongoing transition to sustainable energies. Elon Musk recognizes the potential of solar powered vehicles. China, a country known for its high temperatures, would benefit severely through the release of solar powered vehicles from a business perspective, we're likely to see a rear hatch with the solar panel. Now the last predictable portion of the vehicle is the design, given the fact that the vehicle needs to maximize profitability.

There are so so many variations in design that we just have to wait to be shocked when the vehicle comes out. As far as specs, we don't have much evidence to point to because of the fact that the battery investor day has been delayed to Maine, but check out my video on dry electrodes on the top right of the screen. If you haven't yet in that video, I discussed why there's a high chance Tesla unveils groundbreaking, drive electric technology on Tesla's battery and faster day, based on the cyber truck. You can expect a range in the low 200s or the high 100's, as keeping a high profit margin will be incredibly important for a compact vehicle.
Overall, I'm really excited about Tesla's future in the compact vehicle space. its a lengthened smart car ev.. its really going to cost 35,000 by the time you add options, the range will be 2 miles. I can say anything about it and who knows it may be right because it doesn't exist.

I believe that a compact SUV has NO MARKET in US. they cant fit in it. I thought girls in real life looks like the girls in anime, but man, when i look at US…they all wont fit man…they just wont

Then the windshield would be bigger, the nose smaller and the car would look like a single piece of oversized windshield. It would be called the Model -3. or the minus model 3. SMH.

    "a compact car"
    shows enormous volkswagen
It's hilarious what americans call compact.
In Europe, cars are only compact when they're smaller than a vw Golf

The vehicle that would be irresistible to me would be a small station wagon built like the cybertruck with a solar panel on the roof. It would be big enough to carry a family, big enough to carry stuff home from IKEA, but would work as a commuter that could charge for your ride home while you are at work.

Model T pickup released in 1925.
I get sucked in by the good premise of your titles, but your point is undermined by sloppy research and writing. You have great ideas, you just need to follow through better.

For hundreds of years!? Dude! I was totally paying attention to your video before you said that! I'm out bro

"compact cars have not changed in hundreds of years." Really? The compact car was not even invented until the 1960s.

A nice hot hatch (vw golf style) with a real dash. If its made in and for china we may never see it here in the US.

There is so much worldwide demand for cheap cars that an insane amount of engineering effort has gone into optimizing the design. It's going to be hard to make radical improvements. OTOH, all of those cars were ICE, so a BEV might offer some new possibilities.

More people will be able to afford compact cars which will be such a big help in cutting down emissions!

“Pickup trucks have looked the same for hundreds of years.” HUNDREDS? of years? Hmmm. Exaggerating doesn’t help the point you’re making

ill buy one for 20k, if they dont add on 800 dealer fee and other bullshit. also want a battery so large it can go 1000 miles. new tech, got it, get it, good

Musk seems wondering and very unfocused. He seems depressed and uninterested in what he is saying. Musk is a bright man that is a asset to the USA. His use of China as a manufacturing center is questionable as well as his continued use of the very expensive State of California. Solar City is still struggling. Clearly, $60 to $80k per EV is ridiculous. South Carolina would have been a much better choice.

  19. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Vitor Cristiano says:

you also know that china is one of the most air polluted countries in the world right?

  20. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars John Savage says:

Tesla is screwing the public. Their truck is a joke. Screw China! What don't you understand. China is waging war against the US, and self charging vehicles are being suppressed.

Fun video, but the pickup has been the same for "hundreds of years"?. You repeated that a few times. The first motorized vehicle was invented only in 1885/6…Karl Benz. That is only 134/5 years ago. Besides that error, good job with the content and presentation.

  22. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars David Wright says:

15,000 or less with option to buy used fleet cars at half price, is more of a world economy future. Would other companies compete.

As long it doesn’t look like a gay smart car then I’ll be happy. Or public transportation is cool

Do you even SPEAK ENGLISH? "Hundreds of years" would be at least back to 1820. Before trucks were introduced to the world they would have been called "wagons" and they were horse drawn…… Get a translator or an English dictionary. I couldn't finish watching your video and I WON'T be subscribing either.

  26. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars yarpos says:

so if its a Tesla 20k vehicle , what does that make the price? 25k or 30k?
