The SEC could quite literally be insider trading, the new director of Enforcement at the SEC is none other than Gurbir Grewal, the old New Jersey Attorney General, who also used to be on the board of trustees of the pension retirement system... which has just bought over 200,000 shares in AMC.

#AMC #ShortSqueeze #AMCStock

Welcome back to the channel everyone today, i've got some absolutely outrageous news for the amc stock and that's that the sec could potentially be insider trading. I've also got some other updates from adam aaron, the ceo of amc and peter hand. The portfolio manager. Trust me guys.

You do not want to miss this video, so stay tuned and let's make some money, but before i dive into the video, i just want to give a massive shout out to the few new people that have joined the patreon and become part of the team. If you haven't already i'd, really consider checking out the patreon and the discord linked in the description below and becoming part of, the team to talk about amc and other stocks, sharing news due diligence, memes and just helping each other out also be sure to drop a Like down below subscribe to the channel and ding that notification bell, if you haven't already so that you don't miss another video, just like this one and now i want to dive straight in with the key information. So the sec appoints new jersey, attorney general gerber escarole. As director of enforcement, the sec today announced that gerber escrow has been appointed as director of the division of enforcement.

Effective july 26, 2021. grewell currently serves, as attorney general for the state of new jersey, a role he's held since january 2018, where he was confirmed by the new jersey state senate after being nominated by governor phil murphy. The enforcement division has a critical role to play in finding and punishing violations of the law said girl. I'm excited to get to work with a talented team of public servants to uncover and prosecute misconduct and protect investors.

I thank governor murphy for the opportunity to serve the people of new jersey and all of the colleagues with whom i've had the pleasure to work with during my career in the state fingers crossed this new sec appointment will help really uncover the sketchy goings-on in the Dark pool and the price manipulation in the amc stock. However, something interesting i did note is that gerberger all was sworn in as new jersey, 61st attorney general. In that role, attorney general grull served as the state's chief law enforcement officer and the head of the department of law and public safety as part of his job. He actually sits on the board of trustees for the public employees retirement scheme.

You can see his name right here. This is an extract from a new jersey court case between the new jersey, education association and the public employees retirement system. Going back to my video from yesterday, the state of new jersey, common pension fund just bought 229 000 shares in amc. I think that is very coincidental that gerbiger all was on the board of trustees for the public employees retirement system and then that same new jersey pension fund has just bought 229 000 shares in amc.

Maybe he's planning on bringing the hammer down on these hedge funds that are manipulating the amc price and has just slipped word to his buddies at the pension scheme to buy up amc like no tomorrow. This is exactly what happened when many high-ranking officials got briefed about the pandemic back in november december of 2019 and then dumped massive amounts of shares into the market before they broke the news about the pandemic. That way, they saved themselves millions and millions of dollars in losses by getting insider information and acting on that and selling shares before the news broke. Maybe gerbiger all is doing the exact same thing, but instead of selling shares he's getting the pension fund to buy up tons of amc.
I've also got a brilliant update from adam aaron, the ceo of amc, many suggestions from you. We indeed will talk to all major us pro sports leagues, as well as some us college football. The premier league fifa, world cup, ufc and boxing, but it is very difficult and possibly prohibitively expensive to secure theatrical rights. We will try.

This is great news, because amc are trying to expand their offering from just ufc to all major sporting pay-per-view events. I think this is a brilliant idea for amc, because they'll have tons and tons of people that were watching expensive, pay-per-view events at home now coming to amc, to relax and enjoy the atmosphere and watch the game or the match on the big screen. This is going to massively drive amc's revenue as it's going to boost their ticket sales and also their stall or concession sound sales as well selling those snacks and also the drinks. In some amc theaters.

You can also purchase alcohol, so you can have a beer. While you watch the game, it's also going to get tons and tons of that sporting world interested in amc where hopefully they'll do more research and find out about that eight nation and the amc movement potentially bringing tons and tons of new apes to the amc stock. We've also got an update from peterhan the portfolio manager. People have been asking me about price manipulation in amc and gamestop i mentioned price spoofing is one possibility.

I heard this fairly often in fx, as traders would complain to me that one of their competitors had been spoofing to hunt, stop loss orders, usually in illiquid overnight markets, as in close stop-loss orders more often not tended to get filled when new zealand opened for trading. Anyway, spoofing is placing orders either a few large ones or many small ones, but you have no intention of fulfilling. Their presence is merely to cause other players to change their trading activity. For example, say there was a paper hand with an order to sell amc.

At thirty dollars as a stop loss and the market was around 3310 to 33.50 in pre-market, there might be scattered bids all the way down in small size from 33. to 30. But for whatever reason, a lot more paper hands started. Putting stop loss orders at 30.

A short seller could see that and place a huge sell order or a huge cell wall at 33.75 that they have no intention of really wanting filled and then they would start hitting the bid at 3310, 3275 and so on and by hitting them bid. He means selling small amounts into the bid, as in just basically giving those buys what they want, selling on the bid and, at the same time, they'd had more massive sell orders now at 33 dollars, or they just move their wall downwards and keep lowering the sell Orders creating the illusion of a massive sell-off was occurring. They would then put a buy order at 29.95. The idea is to get the stop-loss order to triggered and for the short seller to be the one that scoops up the shares so to explain how this works.
Let's say: you've got the buyers here at 30, give or take and you've got small buyers all the way up to 33. You've then got this giant wall here the sell order and also the small sale that picks up the small buy orders. So they basically pick up a small, buy order, move the wall down, pick up a small, buy order, move them all down and so on and so forth. Until eventually, they get to that 30 stop loss and that stop loss triggers and they come in with their 29.95, buy order to swoop up all those shares that get sold at 30.

This is an old trick and if you think amc manipulation is bad. The precious metals market says hold my beer. I've actually mentioned price spoofing on the channel before in one of my older videos, and i think it's a very, very unethical practice as it's effectively creating fake selling pressure between yourself because you are selling shares. But you have the intention to scoop them up later, mostly it's that massive massive cell wall, when that giant cell wall goes up, the buyers get very, very demotivated because they can see no way of punching through that wall, even though the seller has no intention of Actually selling any of those shares in the giant wall is put up there just to scare the buyers.

Now you might be wondering what is price spoofing and is it illegal spoofing is a disruptive algorithmic trading practice that involves placing bids to buy or offers to sell futures contracts or equities and cancelling the bids or offers prior to the deal's execution. The practice intends to create a false picture of demand or false pessimism in the market by creating a full sentiment in the market. A trader can manipulate the actions of other market participants and change the price of a security. Subsequently, by reacting to the fluctuations, a spoofer can earn a profit.

Therefore, spoofing is considered a form of market manipulation. Spoofing became prominent with the rise of high frequency trading. High frequency trading allows the execution of large trade orders in a very short time, since spoofing is considered a form of market manipulation. The practice is considered illegal in the u.s.

It's considered an illegal activity and a criminal offence under the 2010 dodd-frank act. So therefore, price spoofing is illegal, but it does happen in the amc stock. If you look at the level 2, you can see big giant cell walls going up all the time you can tell it's spoofing and not just a large player selling off their shares, because the wall goes up and then magically disappears. Whenever we get close, the wall goes back up and then disappears again.
The reason why these hedge funds are doing it is because it's so hard to catch all the spoofers, because you can't see specifically who's putting that wall up the level two data or even the level three data doesn't actually show who's selling those shares. I also wanted to warn you about the massive amount of fud we're gon na see this week and here's an article that shows just that calling the amc, apes and amc stock cult. The new dtcc rules were proposed last week and therefore the hedges know that those rules are going to be implemented soon and this week or the next few weeks might be their last chance to hammer down the amc price and cover their shorts at a low price. But i'm sure you will know by now that that is not going to happen.

They're not going to beat down the amc price, because the amc apes are going to hold strong i'll, be sure to keep you all up to date as and when those dtc rules do get implemented and what impact and what effect that has on the market. Finally, be sure to drop a comment down below what you think about the sec potentially committing illegal insider trading activity. Also, if you want to pick up some shares in amc, but you haven't even yet signed up for a trading platform, be sure to use fidelity because they don't sell their order flow to market makers like citadel, who run the orders through the dark pool. Don't use weevil or robinhood because they do sell that order flow.

Without saying that weibo is an excellent beginner investment platform, it's user friendly, they've got charts. They've got news, they've got option order, flow company fundamentals, numbers they've got absolutely everything. So if you do want to sign up with weeble, be sure to use my link down in the description below to get some free shares, if you're from the uk be sure to sign up with free trade, also linked in the description below, as they don't sell. Their order flow because that's illegal in the uk and as always guys if you enjoyed this video, be sure to check out some of my others.

Alternatively, subscribe to the channel and ding that notification bell, because that way, you'll be alerted. When i upload a new video cheers.

As attorney general, when a state agency is involved in a lawsuit, Gurbir Grewal will be listed in the Respondent section as Attorney for the state agency. He was not on the board of trustees.

I think The correction that started on February 9th was a consequence of a squeeze on AMC and GME mostly. Government is trying to prevent the hedge funds get screwed completely. Because I truly believe it is a mechanism to collect extra cash that could cause the inflation. But there is just one ☝️ question wtf? Apes will work hard and they will shave the money and lock us in cage . That is why all this talk about crash and correction is to make us give up. They just don’t understand that correction will come right after the squeeze when Hedge funds will withdraw their cash from long term investment stocks and will cover their shorts, like what happened in February. If you look at the charts of squeeze it started on Jan 27 and finished completely in feb 9th. And then started chain reaction of sell offs.

We should create a commission of inquiry to investigate sec, we want know what they doing, when that inquiry is over and done,we create another inquiry to inquire wat they find in the first inquiry ,just verify shitadel was not running show again,if they find nothing we create Another inquiry to inquire why the second inquiry find nothing

I enjoy your channel and feel I get a lot of excellent information. I’m just curious, if Webull doesn’t help our cause, why you would continue to endorse it? Whether ease of use or any other general good feature, it seems like we could get pertinent info from fidelity or another not PFOF platform. Not trying to be difficult m, just don’t understand if the overall benefit you might get from Webull for endorsing it, outweighs your audience participation if they choose to use it. I appreciate all you do any any feedback.

  13. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Sauron says:

The SEC is run by political appointees (mostly democrats right now due to the fact that the president appoints them), but at least no more than 3 people of the same political party can be on the commission of 5 people. But that isn’t saying much as there are republicans who vote like democrats (ie Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan etc.) and democrats who vote like republicans as well. I suspect some very dirty games being played in the SEC right now. Democrats always fail about holding businesses accountable but all they do is hurt SMALL businesses with mask fines and regulations which bankrupt them, and then they turn around and force people into the arms of Amazon, Walmart, target etc. Dems of today are very different from the Dems of the past. No honor. It’s hard to be an independent these days because everyone sucks. But this SEC commission better pull their heads out of their asses otherwise we apes will storm their building and protest u til they’re blue in the face.

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars RMA Studio says:

Ofc the sec is doing illegal stuff. Finra is self regulating and the sec’s job is to watch finra. It doesn’t take much corruption to look the other way and suddenly there be a lot of corruption from a self regulatory system like finra. Smh πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

  16. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars A Guy Named Something says:

Give the hedgies, and the SEC, life in prison, with no chance of parole. That'll teach the bastards.

  17. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Deandre Dunbar says:

Lol idk why but I get upset when the big companies start buying amc stock. Y'all weren't in from the beginning. Your just taking advantage of the short squeeze that will happen

  18. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Lurid Ape says:

A government department potentionaly not following their own rules?
    Imagine my surprise.

  19. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Run the Numbers says:

Something that people aren't mentioning enough (and this isn't FUD, it's simply something the buyer needs to be awareof) is that without a market event, this could take forever.

Why do I say that? Well… because the apes ARE holding.

So here's the thing… In order for the short squeeze to happen, the Apes have to HODL, right?

Right… but that also has an adverse effect.

The adverse effect is… when you HODL, trade volume goes down… and when trade volume goes down, the price goes down… naturally.

Add to that the fact that when volume goes down, it's easier for bad people to swoop in and artificially lower the price even more.

This is the loop we are currently stuck in, and people need to understand… as long as the apes HODL, the hedgies won't be able to cover… BUT… they WILL be able to artificially lower the price. Don't be expecting the price to go up until the short squeeze. There is simply no mechanism by which the price CAN go up until the hedgies start covering (which THEY control, not us.)

One could construe this as FUD, but it's not. What I'm saying is… THE SQUEEZE IS COMING… but don't HODL your breath. It's really up to them how deep they dig this hole.

  20. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Court W says:

I don’t trust that sec guy… he won’t do nothing but try and defend Ken and his buddies…

  21. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Mike L says:

Not sure why being part of a millionaire cult is bad. If its a cult that will make me a millionaire I'm sure no one will object. As with the SEC, I assume everything the government does is for show. Even if in appearance it seems they are on our side, somehow they find a way to screw us over on the backside.

  22. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Ricky Ray says:

Its a snake eat snake world. Citadel was the biggest and now is the smallest. All their cronies that worked for them know they are in a really bad spot and are taking the advantage cause the moass will bankrupt them.

  23. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Damon Connor says:

Come on bruh… Is anyone really surprised that the SEC have their hands dirty in market "manipulation" inside the dark pool….

What I have to wonder about is I thought he was suing the big Banks, market makers and hedge funds. If so, who is going to take over that case now or is it going to be completed? I would hate to see more white color crimes swept under the table.
