we need a cheat sheet for all the numbers we need to track. Just getting started and I'm trying to watch all your videos to figure out how to track all these numbers? GCI, Sales Volume, Average sales price, Average commission earned, % of listings to sales – I'm overwhelmed..
@tomferry when you say knowr your numbers, is 12 conversations 12 unique conversations or is that 12 conversation a day encompassing a portion of those already in your CRM that you keep working
Okay, so there is really 5 steps. There are too many people to help and too many things to do for me to pat myself on the back. I congratulate myself by staying in the grind. Other than that, I can celebrate when I die. On to the next one for me, but these 11 minutes and 39 seconds was worth it.

I normally call the some database leads and push them for the site visit over the weekends literally. Apparently i am clueless and kinda depressed about how to make my efforts to have a positive output. So, i will be looking for your reply Mr.Tom.

I challenge you to do a minimum of #25 transactions in 2019. #1 What is your Goal, #2 What happens if? #3 Focus on your daily activities, #4 Track and Measure the numbers, #5 You have got to start NOW, what we do today impacts our business #90 days out, #6 Celebrate our wins- once a month look through the numbers and look through the areas where we can be proud!
